<p>【大紀元2020年01月15日訊】廉政公署14日舉行周年新聞簡報會，公布2019年共接獲2,297宗與選舉無關的貪污投訴，及518宗與選舉有關的投訴。警務處是涉及最多貪污投訴的政府部門。</p> <p>2019年廉署共接獲2,297宗與選舉無關的貪污投訴，較2018年下跌14%。當中涉及私營機構的投訴佔64%，涉及政府部門的投訴佔28%，而與公共機構有關的投訴則佔7%。</p> <p>審查貪污舉報諮詢委員會主席鄧國斌表示，涉及私營機構的投訴錄得顯著跌幅，是委員會樂見的現象，去年的投訴有1,480宗，較2018年的1,776宗減少17%。涉及政府部門的貪污投訴下跌8%，由2018年的706宗減至2019年的647宗，涉及公共機構的投訴則下跌7%，由183宗減至170宗。</p> <p>涉及政府部門的貪污投訴中，警務處有182宗。食物及衛生局的貪污投訴升幅最多，達35%，有100宗。</p> <p>鄧國斌承認，廉署收到關於7.21、8.31的投訴，但投訴的數字、內容等均不能透露。他強調，廉署會以合法程序處理每一宗案件，除非得到委員會同意，否則調查不會貿然停止，籲市民「放心」，但在調查結束前不會評論個別案件。</p> <p>被問到廉署有否成立「特別職務小組」，專責處理與反送中運動相關的投訴，特別涉及警察公職人員失當。鄧國斌回應，沒有特別就反送中運動分項統計，廉署內不同部門之間有分工。記者追問是否代表有特別小組，鄧則說「我沒有說有」。</p> <p>截至2019年底，廉署共接獲518宗與2019年區議會選舉有關的投訴，有492宗可追查。當中153宗涉及發佈關於候選人的虛假或具誤導性陳述的投訴、113宗涉及對候選人施用武力或挾迫手段的投訴，97宗涉及賄賂選民的投訴。可追查投訴中，有23宗已正式落案起訴。◇</p> <p>責任編輯：李薇</p>  <div id="below_article_ad"></div> </div> <div
