Anyone with information regarding misconduct involving FAO personnel and third parties is strongly encouraged to report this information to OIG. Reporting misconduct to OIGI is confidential.</p> <p>When reporting to OIGI, you are encouraged to be as specific as possible, including the basic details of who, what, where, when and how any of these allegations occurred.
