据介绍，举办首届中国宁夏国际文化艺术旅游博览会，（简称文艺旅博会）是今年《政府工作报告》中确定的一项重要任务，是认真贯彻党的十七大精神，兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮，推进文化大发展大繁荣，热烈庆祝建国60周年的有力举措，是落实<国务院关于进一步促进宁夏经济社会发展若干意见>有关精神的具体行动,是检阅自治区成立51年来文化艺术旅游事业发展成果、展示宁夏经济繁荣、社会进步、民族团结成就的有效形式，同时也是宣传宁夏、扩大对外文化交流、提升宁夏国际影响力的重要手段。　　本届文艺旅博会坚持“开放性、广泛性、共享性”原则，遵循“搭建交流舞台，聚焦世界目光，共享艺术盛宴”的宗旨，以“神奇宁夏，激情中国，和谐世界”为主题，按照“心相映，情相通，爱相融”的艺术定位，开展大型文化艺术旅游活动，倾力打造宁夏对外宣传的国际化品牌，构筑广泛交流、友好合作、优势互补、和谐共赢的文化交流合作平台，促进我区与国内外文化艺术的交流与融合。　　</p><p> <strong>一、活动时间、地点　　</strong></p><p> 文艺旅博会主要活动历时9天。2009年9月8日—9月16日集中开展各项活动，其中，部分活动将从8月中旬开始进行。　　主要活动地点在宁夏银川市和石嘴山市、吴忠市、固原市、中卫市及各县（区）。</p><p>　<strong>　二、主承办单位　</strong>　</p><p> 首届中国宁夏国际文化艺术旅游博览会由文化部、国家民族事务委员会、国家广播电影电视总局、国家旅游局、中国人民对外友好协会和宁夏回族自治区人民政府共同主办，宁夏回族自治区政府办公厅、文化厅、旅游局等部门与文化部外联局、艺术司、社会文化司、产业司等有关司局承办。　　</p><p> <strong> 三、主要活动内容　</strong></p><p>　（一）7月中旬在北京举行新闻发布会，向国内外发布文艺旅博会有关情况。届时，邀请国内外媒体记者到会采访报道。自治区主席王正伟、副主席李堂堂及主办单位（国家部委）有关领导同志将出席新闻发布会并回答记者提问。　　</p><p> （二）9月8日将举行新闻发布、自治区领导会见参会嘉宾、文艺旅博会招待会、开幕式及大型文艺演出等一系列活动。　　</p><p> （三）9月9日至16日将集中举办各类展览、展示活动。1、以“影像世界、民族特色、精彩宁夏”为主题，举办“六盘山杯”全国摄影大赛暨宁夏摄影艺术周系列活动，同时举办中国摄影家协会副主席王文澜、张桐胜，著名摄影家解海龙、贺延光、陈长芬、卢广等名家摄影作品展，还将开展各类摄影展览、高峰论坛、学术讲座和摄影家采风等活动。2、以“弘扬传统文化、讴歌繁荣盛世、促进民族团结、共谋和谐发展”为主题，举行“贺兰雅集”全国文史馆馆藏书画精品暨台湾书画名家作品展等大型文化交流活动，同时，开展采风（诗唱）、书画笔会等系列活动，结集出版《贺兰雅集画册》。3、举办由国家文物局、国家博物馆和相关省区文物部门参与的中国回族精品文物展。届时，将向广大观众展示来自全国各地的回族以及其他信仰伊斯兰教各民族的精品文物、图片等代表性实物或资料。通过丰富多彩的民族文物，多角度展现独具特色的回族宗教、生活、文化和民族风俗，让观者领略回族民俗文化的丰富内涵和无穷魅力，增强回族文化的历史厚重感。4、举办以旅欧知名画家为主要群体的“首届中国西部•国际当代艺术双年展”，以此搭建我区与欧洲当代艺术家的文化交流平台，扩大宁夏文化对外影响力。5、举办大型文化、旅游产品展示会，向国内外宾客推介宁夏的文化和旅游产品，招揽更多游客，使其广泛了解宁夏的历史文化、风土人情和自然景观，增强宁夏的吸引力。　　</p><p> （四）邀请国内外艺术团体进行展演，同时，调动区内文艺演出资源，开展巡演、展演等交流演出活动。届时，将有庆祝建国60周年献礼剧目舞剧《花儿》以及话剧《工会主席》，新编秦腔历史剧《开边大将》、《忠义关云长》、《庄妃与多尔衮》，眉户剧《柳毅传书》，京剧《龙祭朝那湫》，音乐歌舞剧《王洛宾与五朵梅》，花儿歌舞剧《尤素福的尼卡哈》，旅游题材专场节目《塞上飞虹》、《山水情韵》、《红色经典》、《回乡情韵》、《浪漫沙都》、《六盘山花儿留住你》以及精编版舞剧《月上贺兰》等精品剧目与广大观众见面，使全区人民共享艺术盛宴。　　</p><p> （五）举办由文化部社会文化司、西部12省区文化厅、新疆生产建设兵团文化广播电视局及宁夏广电总台联合主办的“第七届中国西部民歌（花儿）歌会”。借此机会，将宁夏“花儿”唱响全国、推向海外。　　</p><p> （六）集中举办文化、旅游高峰论坛。1、举办“中国西部•国际当代艺术论坛”，邀请国内外知名艺术家、美术家参加研讨、讲座等相关活动。2、举办“丝绸之路•国际学术研讨会”，邀请国内外史学家、考古学家，以“开掘、研究、推介”为重点，对“丝绸之路”的文化内涵、历史地位和其对当代中外文化交流现实意义进行研讨挖掘。3、举办“首届中国宁夏文化产业高峰论坛”，邀请国家有关部委领导、文化产业发展前沿企业代表、文化经济学专家及著名策划人、经纪人等参与论坛，共商宁夏文化产业发展大计。4、举办“塞上江南•神奇宁夏”旅游高峰论坛，研讨宁夏旅游的主要优势，存在的问题困难和发展的机遇，促进宁夏旅游产业快速发展，把宁夏打造成为西部独具特色的旅游目的地。　　</p><p> （七）举办中国百强旅行社、全国卫视频道“走进宁夏”采风踩线活动暨“塞上江南•神奇宁夏”旅游推介会。邀请各航空、铁路、公路运输公司，国内百强旅行社和国内各卫视频道负责人参加采风、踩线和推介活动，通过“请进来”的方式，让中国百强旅行社、全国卫视频道及运输业界人士亲身感受宁夏旅游的魅力，全面展开合作，争取签订一批旅游专列、包机、送团协议，刊播一批稿件。　　</p><p> （八）举办“塞上江南•神奇宁夏”全国旅游诗词大赛颁奖暨朗诵晚会。颁奖晚会将邀请中央电视台、中央人民广播电台著名主持人、播音员及部分作者，朗诵获奖作品和知名的诗歌作品。颁奖晚会盛况将采取电视现场直播或录播形式播发，让更多观众通过电视认识了解宁夏的旅游文化。　</p><p> （九）9月16日晚举行文艺旅博会闭幕式及颁奖晚会。除以上主要活动内容外，还将进行多层次文化、经贸、学术等交流活动。</p>
