<p>家づくりのスタートと同時に、多くの人が家を建ててくれる建築会社、つまり「依頼先」を探し始める。そこで初めに、代表的な依頼先である「工務店」と「ハウスメーカー」に対して、建築前に感じていた“魅力（メリット）”に関する集計結果を見ていこう。</p> <p style="text-align:center; "><img src="/web/20130410145312im_/http://suumo.jp/edit/chumon/anq/090729/images/ill01.gif" alt="" border="0"/></p> <p>上図の青グラフは、工務店とハウスメーカーを並行して検討した人（280人）に聞いた『注文住宅を建てる前に感じていたハウスメーカーの魅力（メリット）』の結果。「会社としての安心感が高い（39.3％）」「信頼性が高い（34.3％）」「最新の技術を提供している（31.1％）」が上位を占めている。これらより、<span class="txt_red">ハウスメーカーの会社規模や施工実績、また知名度などからくる安心度や信頼度、そして最新技術を持っている点に魅力を感じでいる人が多いことが分かる</span></p> <p>一方、赤グラフは、工務店で建てた人に聞いた『注文住宅を建てる前に感じた工務店の魅力（メリット）』では、「融通が利く(51.6 %)」」「親身に相談に乗ってくれる(42.2％)」「親近感がある（36.6％）」の回答が高い。これらより、<span class="txt_red">工務店は身近で相談しやく、融通も利きそうな点が最も魅力に感じているようだ。</span></p> <p>さらに「比較的価格が安い（40.4％）」「同じ価格でも品質が高い（22.4％）」という価格に関する項目が高いという結果に。これはハウスメーカーと比較したときに、<span class="txt_red">工務店の方が“価格”と“品質”とのバランスの良さに魅力を感じている人が多いということが伺える。</span></p> <p>そして、この調査結果で最も特徴的なのは、工務店とハウスメーカーの魅力度が高い項目が、ほとんど重なっていないという点。<span class="txt_red">この結果から、依頼先選びの段階で感じている魅力は正反対であるいう事が分かる。</span>この魅力点の相違により、多くの人が「どの会社に建築を依頼するか」という点で真剣に悩み、迷っていると言えそうだ。</p> <p><span class="txt_red">迷いがちな依頼先選びをスムーズに進めるためには、自分たちが依頼先に期待することを整理しておくことが重要だ。</span>例えば「思い通りの間取りにしたいから設計の自由度が高い方がいい」「分からないことが多いので親身に相談にのって欲しい」など、できるだけ具体的に、依頼先選びを始める前に家族全員で決めておくと良いだろう。</p> <p align="center"
