<p>お酢の歴史は古く、約1600年前、朝鮮半島から現在の堺市に伝わったと言われています。その後時は流れ、明治時代に5つの酢蔵が集まり、「タマノイ酢」が創業。戦前から甕に入ったお酢を販売していましたが、その重さから流通には多くのコストや手間がかかってしまうものでした。</p> <p> <aside class="module-article-aside"> <figure </figure> </aside> </p> <p>そんな中、昭和30年頃になると鰹節や昆布、カレーパウダーなど色々なものを粉末にするブームがあり、粉末調味料の販売量が急拡大してました。それを目の当たりにした見た明は、お酢を粉末にすることで運びやすくなり、流通の問題を解決できると考え、世界初の粉末酢の開発をスタートさせました。</p> <p>その一方で、「粉末が甘くなる」という新たな課題が発生しました。しかし、これを逆手に取ることで状況が一変します。甘みのある味がすし酢のようになったため、そのまま「すし酢」として販売することにしたのです。</p> <p>当時の昭和30年代は、チラシ寿司や手巻き寿司などで家庭で酢飯を作る機会が増加していました。しかし、砂糖の配合やご飯の炊き具合など、酢飯作りには手間と経験が必要でした。お酢に砂糖を加える手間を省ける商品は、ビジネスチャンスになると考えたのです。</p> <p> <aside class="module-article-aside"> <figure
