"><font color="#333333" face="Microsoft Yahei, Tahoma, Verdana, Arial"><span style="font-size: 16px;">7月26-28日，“2023功率与光电半导体器件设计及集成应用论坛”将于西安召开。厦门大学张洪良教授受邀出席论坛，并分享《宽禁带氧化镓薄膜外延及电子结构研究》主题报告。报告将简要介绍氧化镓材料发展现状，然后重点介绍我们课题组氧化镓薄膜外延、掺杂与缺陷机制以及表界面电子结构等方面的研究进展。</span></font></p> <p style="text-indent: 32px; text-align: justify;">张洪良，厦门大学教授。2012年获得牛津大学无机化学博士学位，2008年新加坡国立大学硕士学位，2003年山东大学本科。2012-2017年先后在美国西北太平洋国家实验室和剑桥大学从事博士后工作。研究方向为（1）宽禁带氧化物半导体薄膜外延、能带调控及光电探测器件；（2）过渡金属氧化物薄膜电子结构与光、电、磁、催化性能构效关系研究。迄今在Phys. Rev. Lett., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater.，J. Am. Chem. Soc., Phys. Rev. B.,等发表论文150余篇，申请专利11项。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金委基金、企业合作研发等项目8项。曾获国家高层次“青年”人才、剑桥大学Herchel Smith Research Fellowship、台湾积体电路制造公司（TMSC）最佳国际研究生科研奖。</p> <p microsoft="" text-size-adjust:="" text-indent:=""
