dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>كشف المتحدث باسم التيار الصدري الشيخ صلاح العبيدي عن استعداد فرنسا والصين وروسيا لتدريب القوات العراقية بدلا من الخبراء الاميركيين. واكد في حديث الى وكالة الصحافة الفرنسية ان فرنسا وروسيا والصين ابدت خلال اللقاءات مع سفرائها الاستعداد لتقديم التدريبات، الا ان ذلك لم يجد تجاوبا من قبل المسؤولين العراقيين. وقال العبيدي ان هذه الدول ستحتل صدارة القائمة التي سيتم التحرك عليها في الاتصالات التي سيجريها السيد مقتدى الصدر لايجاد بدائل من المدربين الاميركيين. <br/>من جهة أخرى، اعلن المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع اللواء محمد العسكري تسلم الفرقة العاشرة في الجيش العراقي قاعدة "البتيرة" في محافظ ميسان من القوات الاميركية في شكل كامل و نهائي واكد ان "الجنود الاميركيين غادروا بشكل نهائي العمارة تمهيدا للانسحاب من البلاد نهاية العام الحالي. </p> </div> </div> <hr/> <div أمريكية تعرضت، الثلاثاء، الى هجوم بعبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة بجانب طريق خارجي شرق البصرة، مما أدى الى تضرر احدى المركبات </p> <p>العسكرية. وقال المصدر في حديث صحفي  إن "دورية عسكرية أمريكية تعرضت بحدود الساعة التاسعة من مساء امس، الى هجوم بعبوة ناسفة زرعها مجهولون بجانب الطريق الخارجي المؤدي الى منفذ الشلامجة الحدودي مع إيران ما أدى الى تضرر احدى المركبات العسكرية، من دون أن تتوفر معلومات عن سقوط ضحايا". ولفت المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه الى أن "الانفجار الذي وقع تحديداً في منطقة الجباسي (نحو 10 كم شمال شرق البصرة)، كان قوياً بحيث سمع دويه في مناطق متفرقة من مدينة البصرة"، مضيفاً أن "القوات الامريكية قامت بتطويق موقع الانفجار، فيما سارعت القوات العراقية الى اتخاذ اجراءات مشددة في عموم مناطق قضاء شط العرب".</p> <p><strong>مقتل جنديين اميركيين في جنوب العراق </strong></p> <p>قتل جنديان اميركيان امس الثلاثاء في جنوب العراق ما يرفع الى ثمانية عدد العسكريين الاميركيين الذين سقطوا منذ بداية الشهر في هذا البلد، بحسب بيان نشره الجيش </p> <p>الاميركي الثلاثاء.وقال البيان ان "جنديين اميركيين قتلا امس في عملية جنوب العراق" بدون ان يحدد المكان الذي قتلا فيه. وبمقتل هذين الجنديين، يرتفع الى 4462 عدد العسكريين الاميركيين الذين قتلوا منذ الغزو الاميركي للعراق في 2003 .</p> </p></div> <p>قال مصدر امني،الأربعاء، بأن قاعدة أميركية تعرضت لقصف بثلاثة صواريخ كاتيوشا، فيما استشهد وأصيب أربعة أشخاص من أسرة واحدة اثر قصف مروحية أميركية </p> <p>لمنزلهم على خلفية الحادث شمال البصرة.وقال المصدر في حديث صحفي إن "ثلاثة صواريخ كاتيوشا أطلقت، فجر اليوم، على قاعدة أميركية في مطار البصرة الدولي،(14 كم شمال غرب البصرة)، من دون تحديد موقع سقوط الصواريخ".وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه، أن "الطائرات المروحية الأميركية حلقت في محيط القاعدة وقصفت احد المنازل في منطقة الكرمة،(10 كم شمال البصرة)، مما أسفر عن استشهاد شاب وإصابة والده ووالدته وشقيقه بجروح متفاوتة"، مشيرا إلى أن "قوة أمنية محلية فرضت طوقا امنيا على مكان الحادث ونقلت جثة الشهيد إلى دائرة الطب العدلي والجرحى إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج".</p> <p><strong>انفجار عبوة ناسفة أثناء مرور موكب لشركة أمنية أمريكية في الناصرية </strong></p> <p>اكد مصدر امني " إن عبوة ناسفة انفجرت لدى مرور موكب لشركة أمنية تابعة لجيش الاحتلال الأمريكي في الضواحي الشمالية لمدينة الناصرية .واشار </p> <p>المصدر " إن العبوة كانت شكلية خارقة للدروع وتزن عشرة كيلوغرمات وتعمل بالأشعة فوق الحمراء ، مبينا أنها انفجرت لدى مرور الموكب قرب منطقة الحي الصناعي شمال الناصرية دون أن تتسبب بأي أضرار مادية أو بشرية .ولم يذكر المصدر اي تفاصيل أطلقوا عليه نيران </p> <p>أسلحتهم الكاتمة غربي العاصمة. وأوضح المصدر أن "ضابطاً في مديرية الدفاع المدني قُتِل بنيران أسلحة كاتمة من قبل مسلحين مجهولين هاجموا سيارته لدى مروره في منطقة نفق الشرطة غربي بغداد، ما أدى إلى مقتله في الحال، فيما لاذ المهاجمون بالفرار إلى جهة مجهولة".وتشهد العاصمة بغداد وعدداً من المدن العراقية في الآونة الأخيرة تصعيداً أمنياً تمثّل في استهداف ضباط الجيش والشرطة و النواب الأحد، بأن مدنيين اثنين استشهدوا بانفجار عبوة لاصقة وضعت في سيارة مدنية شمال شرق </p> <p>الحلة.وقال المصدر في حديث صحفي"، إن "عبوة لاصقة كانت مثبتة بسيارة نوع (هيونداي) انفجرت، صباح اليوم، لدى مرورها الاتفاقية الأمنية معتبرا أن البرلمان هو الجهة المخولة بقرار التمديد في وقت نفى أعضاء عن تيار الأحرار من أن تكون زيارة زعيم التيار إلى دولة قطر قد مورست خلالها ضغوطات عليه لتخفيف موقفه الرافض لبقاء تلك الامريكي بانفجار ناسفة جنوب بغداد </strong></p> <p>انفجرت عبوة ناسفة مستهدفة دورية لقوات الاحتلال الأمريكية في إحدى النواحي الواقعة جنوب العاصمة بغداد مما أسفرت عن تدمير إحدى آلياتها اليوم الثلاثاء.</p> <p>وذكر مصدر حكومي ان عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة على جانب احد الطرق في ناحية الرشيد التابعة لقضاء المحمودية جنوب العاصمة بغداد استهدفت دورية للقوات الأمريكية .وأضاف المصدر ان الانفجار أسفر عن تدمير إحدى آليات الدورية وهي من نوع همر من دون معرفة حجم الخسائر البشرية التي خلفها الانفجار بسبب الطوق الشديد الذي فرضته القوات الأمريكية حيث منعت الاقتراب والتصوير .</p> <p><strong>استشهاد مدني بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت مكتبه بشمال الحله مركز <br/>محافظة بابل يوم امس  . وافاد متحدث باسم حزب الفضيلة بإن "عبوة ناسفة انفجرت ظهريوم امس  بالقرب من مكتب حزب الفضيلة الإسلامي في ناحية الإسكندرية بشمال الحله مما أسفرعن إصابة اثنين من أعضاء المكتب بجروح".وأضاف أن قوة أمنية سارعت "الى اغلاق منطقة الانفجار ونقلت الجريحين إلى المستشفى".وتقع محافظة بابل على بعد 100 كم الى الجنوب من بغداد.</p> على مقبرة جماعية تضم رفات 20 شخصا اعدموا رميا بالرصاص في منطقة الخابور، وسط ناحية العامرية، جنوب الفلوجة، مبينا أن الرفات تعود لأشخاص اعتقلتهم شرطة الفلوجة خلال العام 2007. <br/>وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه، أن عملية العثور على المقبرة استندت إلى معلومات دقيقة أدلى بها أحد أهالي المنطقة، مشيرا إلى أن "الرفات نقلت إلى دائرة الطب العدلي لتسليمها لذويها". <br/>وكانت منظمة العفو الدولية أعلنت في تقرير صدر، في كانون الثاني الماضي، أن العراق يدير سجوناً سرية، يتعرض فيها السجناء إلى عمليات تعذيب روتينية لانتزاع اعترافات يتم استخدامها لإدانتهم، مبيناً أن قوات الأمن العراقية تستخدم التعذيب وغيره من ضرب وسوء معاملة لانتزاع الاعترافات من المعتقلين الذين يحتجزون بمعزل عن العالم الخارجي، لاسيما في مرافق الاحتجاز، فيما فندت وزارة العدل العراقية التقرير، مؤكدة أن تواجد الأجهزة الأمنية </strong></p> <p>قال المدير الإقليمي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا هادي العربي إن نسبة الفقر في العراق وصلت الى 23% وهي نسبة مرتفعة. <br/>وأوضح العربي خلال ندوة عقدت، اليوم السبت، حول أوضاع العراق كما يراها مجتمع المانحين ان العراق يتمتع بموارد بشرية وطبيعية هائلة الا انه مازال يواجه تحديات كبيرة لتحقيق تنمية اقتصادية شاملة ومستدامة يستفيد منها جميع فئات الشعب. <br/>وأضاف انه يريد ان يحدد للحكومة العراقية بعض الأولويات لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، ومنها التقليل من الإفراط في الاعتماد على موارد النفط للتغيرات السريعة في عائداته، منوها ان العراق تعرض لسلسلة من الحروب والعقوبات الدولية، ما ادى الى غياب مزمن للاستثمار وصيانة البنى التحتية والمؤسساتية والبشرية وخفض مستوى الخدمات، ما ادى بالتالي الى خفض المستوى المعاشي للمواطنين. <br/>واضاف أن فجوة الفقر تشكل 4,5% فقط، مما يعني ان زيادة التلفزيونية الايرانية على الإنترنت تقريرا الاثنين جاء فيه أن مقاتلات عسكرية إسرائيلية تتجمع في قاعدة الاسد الجوية ألاميركية في العراق لشن غارة على ايران. ونسبت القناة الخبر لما وصفته بمصدر قريب من التيار الصدري في العراق. وفي ما لم يتسن التأكد من صحة الخبر على الفور، قالت متحدثة باسم الجيش الاسرائيلي لوكالة رويترز إن ليس لديها علم بهذا التقرير، وأضافت أن الجيش لا يعلقّ على شؤون العمليات الحربية. اما وزارة الدفاع الاميركية البنتاغون فرفضت ما ورد في التقرير الايراني. وقال المتحدث باسم البنتاغون الكولونيل ديف لابان إن التقرير سخيف وغير صحيح. قائد القوات الجوية العراقية الفريق الركن أنور أحمد نفى التقرير باعتباره لا أساس له من الصحة. وقال لرويترز إن القاعدة التي ذكرتها القناة الإيرانية تقع على أرض عراقية وان العراق لا يقبل مطلقا شن أي هجوم عسكري من اراضيه على دولة مجاورة سواء كانت أستشهاد 211 شخصا وإصابة 377 آخرين بجروح جراء أعمال عنف وانفجارات وقعت في مناطق متفرقة </p> <p>من البلاد خلال شهر نيسان المنصرم. وأفادت الحصيلة أعدتها كل من وزارات الدفاع والداخلية والصحة الحاليات "أن شهر نيسان شهد وقوع 211 شهيدا بينهم 120 مدنياً، وإصابة 377 آخرين بجروح بينهم 190 مدنيا في أعمال عنف وقعت خلال الشهر المذكور". وأضافت الحصيلة الرسمية "إن الإحصائية أشارت إلى مقتل 35 عسكرياً وإصابة 90 آخرين بجروح، إضافة لمقتل 56 شرطياً وإصابة 97 آخرين بجروح في الشهر المنصرم".</p> <h5>التيار الصدري يحذر من تصعيد القاعدة هجماتها في العراق </h5> <p>اكد القيادي في التيار الصدري بهاء الاعرجي، أن تنظيم القاعدة سيصعد من عملياته الإرهابية في العراق وافغانستان بعد مقتل زعيمه أسامة بن لادن. وقال الاعرجي لـ "<a
