rooms, or less. That is why we give you plenty of options to choose from. Even though the hotels are not big, the rooms are usually cozy, light, have an airy feel and are well equipped.</p> <p>A typical hotel room has a writing or dressing desk, an armchair and a comfortable bed. Most rooms feature a television set and some also a electric kettle and/or a minibar.</p> <p>In Finland, all list prices include VAT (<a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20170730002527/https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Value-added_tax">value-added tax</a>). Most hotels include the following with the price of the room: a Nordic style buffet breakfast (warm and cold dishes, porridge, yogurt, bread, juice, coffee and tea; more than enough to keep you going until late lunch if necessary), free WiFi and a guest sauna, and in some hotels a guest gym. Check the hotel websites for pictures of the rooms or ask your hotel’s sales service for specific information about your room.</p> </p></div> </div> <div class="uk-grid"> </p> <div class="uk-width-medium-1-2 one-half first"> <p>Many of our block reservations have expired, but see below for details. After that there will be fewer rooms available and the prices go up. If our block is already full, you can ask the hotel sales service centre for regular priced rooms.</p> <p>Our prices are mostly valid between August 8th and 13th 2017, but you can contact the hotel and ask for a longer stay.</p> <p>We recommend that you make your reservations early. There are other big events coming in August in Helsinki. We are updating the rooms available in our block regularly, but not on a daily basis. </p> <p>With most hotels, you can cancel your room until last minute without any charge. The check-in is usually at 18:00 if you have not confirmed your arrival with a credit card and check-out is usually at noon.</p> <p>Extra beds and family rooms are available in some hotels. Please contact your hotel to enquire about these as well as other amenities such as baby cots or spa facilities. If you would like to make a reservation for a room not listed in our deal, contact the hotel directly and ask to make a reservation to the room you want.
