align="right"> <p>بغداد: استفحلت ظواهر الغش في الصناعة بالعراق اعلنت وزارة الصحة عن قيامها باجراءات قانونية مشددة بحق (93) معمل مياه معبأة توزعت مابين الاغلاق والغرامات المادية بسبب مخالفتها الشروط الصحية.وذكر مصدر في وزارة الصحة في تصريح صحفي “ان العديد من معامل تعبئة المياه تعمل وفقاً لشروط غير صحية،واخرى غير مجازة”.</p> <p>مشيراً الى انه “تم اغلاق (79) معملاً منها (56) معملا في بغداد،(25) في جانب الكرخ و (31) في جانب الرصافة،فضلاً عن (14) معملا في الانبار و(9) في واسط و(6) في كربلاء و(4) في صلاح الدين و(1) في كل من كركوك والديوانية وذي قار ونينوى لمخالفتها الشروط الصحية في حين تم فرض غرامات مالية على معامل اخرى”.مضيفاً “ان الوزارة ستصدر قائمة بأسماء المعامل المغلقة ليتسنى للمواطنين معرفة اسماء المياه غير الصالحة وتجنبها،وان هذا العمل يأتي ضمن خطة الوزارة التي اعتمدتها للمحافظة على <p><strong>Summary:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4 cholera cases were reported from Iraq since the beginning of 2009. In 2008, during week 36 alone 34 cholera cases were reported from Iraq. </li> <li>During week 36, 19 DOHs reported cases on timely basis. 1,084 surveillance sites out of 1,113 sent the weekly diarrhea disease report on time i.e. 97% completeness and timeliness. </li> <li>15,872 diarrhea cases were reported this week, 9,056 (75%) stool samples were cultured for cholera organism, However none were found to be positive. </li> <li>Out of 9,056 stool specimens cultured, none was positive for cholera organism. </li> <li>2,586 water samples were tested for bacteriological contamination, 339 (13%) of them were contaminated. </li> </ul> <p>For ease of access we have uploaded the full report to our server. الكوليرا وإنها تأتي ضمن خطة الدائرة لنشر الوعي الصحي في المناطق النائية وغير المشمولة بشبكات مياه الإسالة. <br/>ودعا الحميداوي في تصريحات صحفية إلى استمرار مثل هذه الحملات الصحية ، مبينا أن الجهات <div dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>مع إطلالة فصل الصيف، عبر العديد من المواطنين في كربلاء عن خشيتهم من عودة ظهور وباء الكوليرا، سيما في ظل تراجع كبير في مناسيب المياه. </p> <p>وقال المواطن أحمد عبد الزهرة، إنه "ليس وحده قلقا من عودة الكوليرا، وإنما الجميع قلقون، فمع بداية الصيف تأتي الكثير من الأمراض ومنها الكوليرا </p> <p>ويخشى المواطنون من أنهم لن يقدروا على الوقاية من الكوليرا، طالما هم يستخدمون مياه الإسالة، إذ يعتقد كثيرون ومنهم المواطن أبو عبد الله أن مياه الإسالة ليست نقية تماما، ويقول "لايمكن الثقة والاطمئنان بمياه الإسالة </p> <p>أما المواطن عصام حاكم، فاشتكى هو الآخر من وجود شوائب في مياه الإسالة، وقال إن الماء الذي يأتي عبر الأنابيب يكون ممزوجا بالطين خصوصا عند الصباح. </p> <p>ومع كل صيف توصي دائرة صحة كربلاء المواطنين بأخذ احتياطات ضرورية للوقاية من مرض الكوليرا وغيره من أمراض الصيف، كما يشير مدير تعزيز الصحة في دائرة صحة كربلاء الدكتور عصام سلطان عيسى: </p> <p>الإنسان لابد أن يختار طعامه وشرابه من أماكن أمينه، ويبتعد عن تناول الأطعمة المكشوفة لأنها قد تكون وسيلة لنقل الأمراض، ومنها مرض الكوليرا. </p> <p>وحاول الدكتور عيسى بتبديد مخاوف المواطنين من أمكانية تلوث المياه، بسبب سوء التنقية أو تلف بعض الأنابيب الناقلة، بالقول إن" ماء الإسالة نظيف وإن حصلت بعض المشاكل في الأنابيب الناقلة، فهي تعالج في وقتها </p> <p>يذكر أن أكثر من 500 شخص كانوا أصيبوا بالكوليرا خلال الصيف الماضي في العديد من المحافظات العراقية بحسب إحصائيات لوزارة الصحة. وعزت الوزارة آنذاك The reality is that, unless forced to do so from below, there will be none of the promised "change" in US foreign policy. Those on the receiving end of US policy in the Middle East, Iraq in particular, know this better than most Americans.” </p> </blockquote> <p>The US occupation of Iraq, which has become the full responsibility of President Barack Obama, is once again a bloodbath. Not that it had ceased to be violent, brutal and chaotic, for not one day has passed since the US invasion of Iraq was launched that hasn’t found several Iraqis being senselessly slaughtered. But rather than talking about three Iraqis being killed today, or two dozen, we are again talking about several dozen, and over 100 wounded, as we are seeing recently. Each of these Iraqis have been killed as a direct result of the US occupation of Iraq – their blood splattered on the hands of President Obama, who, during a visit to Baghdad’s airport on April 7, praised the US military for their "extraordinary achievement" in Iraq.</p> <p>On April 23, over 73 Iraqis were killed in two separate suicide attacks. One bomber detonated his explosives in central Baghdad as a group of policemen were distributing relief supplies to Iraqis who had been driven from their homes during the US-fomented sectarian bloodshed of 2006 to mid-2007. Police said that at least 50 people were wounded; at least five children and one woman were among the dead. </p> <p>A second major suicide bombing occurred that day as well, near Muqdadiya, about 50 miles north of Baghdad. The bomber targeted Iranian pilgrims who were in a restaurant, killing at least 45 and wounding over 60. The Shiite pilgrims were visiting Shia religious sites in Iraq.</p> <p>The bombings reek of al-Qaeda in Iraq – whose operations were brought to a standstill thanks to both the Iraqi resistance and the al-Sahwa (US-created Sunni militia comprised mostly of former resistance fighters, who were largely abandoned by the US military and are now being attacked by the Iraqi government). The Sahwa have been abandoning their security posts in protest at having not been paid by the Iraqi government for their work, as well as in protest of the ongoing targeting of their leaders by the government. Prime Minister Maliki perceives the Sahwa as a political threat to the existence of his government, so has taken it upon himself to undermine their existence at every turn, as he has from the dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>أدى انتشار مرض الحصبة في محافظات جنوبية عراقية عدة بينها كربلاء والديوانية إلى إصابة نحو ألفين توفي منهم عشرة أطفال بسبب المرض، في وقت تشكو فيه منظمات دولية في العراق من أن border="0"/></a>وقال منسق الأمم المتحدة المقيم في العراق ديفد شيرر للجزيرة نت إن المشكلة هي نقص المياه الصالحة للشرب خارج المدن "حيث إنه لا يتمتع بالصرف الصحي خارج المدن إلا خمس العوائل العراقية، في حين يتم إلقاء 95% من منتجات الصرف الصحي في مجاري المياه".</p> <p>وأضاف أنه "في بغداد يتم تصريف ثلث مياه الصرف والمجاري بصورة صحية، بينما تذهب نسبة الثلثين في مياه نهر دجلة بطريقة غير صحية وهذا سبب كاف لتلوث المياه بدرجة خطيرة". </p> <p>وبحسب المسؤول الدولي فإن "قلة النظافة وتلوث المياه بمثل هذه الدرجات الخطيرة سببان رئيسيان للإصابة بالأمراض ومن بينها الحصبة والكوليرا، حيث تم إبلاغنا العام الماضي 2008 عن نصف مليون إصابة بمرض الحصبة وبعض الإصابات بمرض الكوليرا".</p> <p>وفي مدينة كربلاء، قالت مديرة التدريب في دائرة الصحة يسرى أصلان للجزيرة نت إن ستة أطفال توفوا جراء الإصابة بالمرض في شهر فبراير/شباط الماضي، حيث بلغ عدد الإصابات بين أربعمائة إلى خمسمائة إصابة، ووصل عدد المرضى بين ستين مريضا إلى سبعين مريضا في الردهة الواحدة المخصصة أصلا لـ24 مريضا فقط. </p> </p></div> <p> <a الكهرباء المستمر وتلوث المياه ، عادت قضية الكوليرا تشكل مصدر قلق للمسؤولين و المواطنين العراقيين على حد سواء بعد ان ارعبهم المرض العام الفائت مسجلا نسبة كبيرة من الاصابات والوفيات وبالذات في المناطق النائية غير المخدومة بالماء الصالح للشرب.. ويؤكد السويدي ان محافظة بابل كانت تعاني الكثير من المشكلات التي تتعلق بقطاعات الماء والمجاري والخدمات البلدية وبالذات في ما يخص خدمة الماء الصالح للشرب، اذ ان المجمعات المائية العاملة حاليا لا تغطي سوى 60 % من حاجة المحافظة التي تعاني كذلك من نقص في خدمات المجاري والبلديات وكثرة التجاوزات على المحددات البيئية المختلفة، و هذا ينطبق على محافظات اخرى بنسب متفاوتة . ويشدد على ضرورة ان تتدخل الحكومة من خلال منح صلاحيات اوسع للدوائر ذات العلاقة وتخصيص المبالغ اللازمة لتطويق الازمة في حال ظهرت مجددا". ويضيف عضو البرلمان "ان خلية الازمة بحاجة ماسة الى اجراء مسح للمناطق المعرضة للاصابة بالكوليرا على ان ينطلق المسح من المناطق الريفية والنائية باتجاه المدن التي هي اقل من غيرها عرضة للاصابة بهذا المرض". الى ذلك، يشير مسؤول في تصفية المياه ان 35 % من مناطق المحافظات غالبا غير مخدومة بالمياه الصالحة للشرب". ويبين "ان غالبية مشروعات تصفية المياه تعاني من عدم توفر الطاقة الكهربائية الى جانب قلة الوقود التي تحتاجها في تشغيل المولدات، ما يؤدي بهذه المشروعات الى التوقف عن العمل لمدة تصل الى ثمان ساعات يوميا". ويضيف "ان المحافظات بحاجة الى استقدام نحو 400 سيارة حوضية من خارجها ليتم استخدامها الى جانب السيارات الحوضية المتوفرة في ايصال المياه الصالحة للشرب
