Plenty of country stars are excited for the festivities and are weighing in with their picks on who will win the NFL’s top honor, the Indianapolis Colts or the New Orleans Saints.</p> <p><a href="http://web.archive.org/web/20100207175332/http://countrymusicislove.com/category/kenny-chesney">Kenny Chesney</a> remains <a href="http://web.archive.org/web/20100207175332/http://www.countrymusicislove.com/2010/01/big-decision-for-kenny-chesney.html">split</a>, rooting a little bit for both teams. “I would love to see the Saints win the Super Bowl, because they’ve never won it, and what it would mean to the city of New Orleans,” Chesney said. “After Katrina, the music scene in New Orleans took such a hit. Everything did. If they win the Super Bowl, it would be a shot that the town needs. I’m pulling for that… Of course, if the Colts win, I’ll be happy for Peyton, too — nobody works harder than him.” He offers a little more insight to the game, adding “If you turn the ball over against the Colts, you’re going to get beat. If you give Peyton Manning the extra downs, he’ll kill you. If they don’t turn the ball over, and keep it close, I think they’ve got a chance to win the Super Bowl.”</p> <p><a href="http://web.archive.org/web/20100207175332/http://countrymusicislove.com/category/rascal-">Rascal Flatts</a> are looking forward to the big game and it seems they’re all rooting for the Saints. “I hope the New Orleans Saints win, just because they’ve never been and Peyton’s already got a ring. Not that I don’t love Peyton, I do, but I think it’s the Saints’ year,” said Jay DeMarcus.<a href="http://web.archive.org/web/20100207175332/http://countrymusicislove.com/category/rascal-flatts"></a></p> <p>Fellow Rascal Flatts member Gary LeVox also chose the Saints saying “They need something positive. The city needs it… And then for our fiddle player, too, cause we’ve had to hear about the Saints for ten years, and now he’s finally got a reason to talk.”</p> <p>Remaining Rascal Flatts member Joe Don Rooney didn’t weigh-in with his pick but he’ll actually be at the big game.
