came to Amador Fire in the summer of 2019. Since her arrival, she has fulfilled many roles for Amador Fire, including Public Information Officer. She is passionate about fire safety and understands that public education is an extremely important component. As a testament to her commitment, Amador County only had one Firewise community when she first arrived. Today, Amador County boasts over thirty-five Firewise communities, with more working toward becoming Firewise. </p> <p>Kayla's passion is demonstrated daily as she works tirelessly with the community to improve public safety, education, and emergency preparedness.
