<span>Journal</span></a> were not published earlier.</p> <p><a href="http://en.sciforedu.ru/thematic-areas">The Subject area of the Journal is Social Sciences: Education</a></p> <p>The Journal accepts for publication only <a href="http://en.vestnik.nspu.ru/editorial-policy">original research articles <em>(Full Articles)</em> <span data-align="47:61"><em>(research) </em>and</span><span> The Journal have article submission.</em></p> <p>The materials of articles (manuscript), carefully prepared by the directly author, are registered (article submission), are licensed.</p> <p><span style="background-color: transparent; font-size: 13.008px;">Submission of article is carried out in on-line a mode on the basis of filling electronic forms e-mail articles are not registered.</span></p> <p>The Journal have not article submission charges.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>2. The Journal have article reviewing.</em></p> <p>The decision about the publication is accepted by an Editorial Board and Editorial Reviewers of the Journal (see more details <a class="sf-depth-1" href="http://en.sciforedu.ru/peer-review">Peer-Review</a>).</p> <p>Also it is displayed in personal author account.</p> <p>The Editorial Board of the Journal reserves the right to itself selection of sent materials.</p> <p>The Journal have a policy of screening for plagiarism.</p> <p>All articles are not relevant to the content of electronic Journal that have not undergone <span>research</span> expertise, are rejected.</p> <p>Manuscripts are not returned. The fee for published materials is not paid.</p> <p>The Journal have not article reviewing charges.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>3. Qualitative abstract allows an audience to familiarize with the maintenance of article, to define interest to it, irrespective of language of article and presence of an opportunity to read through its full text, to raise probability of citing of article by domestic and foreign colleagues.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Edition preliminary estimates quality of the abstract (criterion of an estimation):</p> <ul><li>the scientific contribution to a subject field of knowledge (the analysis of a degree of the contribution, novelty, a urgency is spent);</li> <li>clearness of the abstract (completeness, laconicalness of reflection of the maintenance of article, volume);</li> <li>conformity to the established purposes and problems (problems and the purposes are compared to the maintenance of article).</li> </ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">The criteria more often leading refusal in the publication:</p> <ul><li>poor quality of the author's abstract, under the maintenance of article repeating the name;</li> <li>it is inadmissible the short abstract;</li> <li>the abstract sated by the general words, not stating to an essence of research.</li> </ul></div> </fieldset><fieldset class="collapsible collapsed annotation"><legend><span class="fieldset-legend">References</span></legend> <div class="fieldset-wrapper"> <p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">References <span>(at least 25 scholarly sources)</span>. The filled contract in electronic form (in Word) it is desirable to send to the address of the editorial board for preliminary review and approval.</p> <p>Then it is necessary to print 2 copies, sign and send to the postal address of the Publisher: 630126, Novosibirsk, Viljujskaja street, 28.</p> <p>The Publisher of the Journal also signed the contract and returns one copy to the Author by e-mail to his address.</p> <p>Since the conclusion of the contract, the Author on a gratuitous basis gives to the Publisher the right of use of <span>research</span> product and guarantees, that it possesses exclusive copyrights to transferred <span>research</span> product.</p> <p>If the Author will have questions about the text of the contract and necessity for updating the text it is necessary to coordinate changes with the Publisher preliminary. The manuscript is sent for review to several of the members of the Editorial Board and the Editorial Council or the invited experts with research specialization is closest to the theme of the article (double-blind peer review). <em>The Journal peer-review process ensures that reviewers are independent of the authors, i.e. not affiliated with the same institution.</em></p> <p>The positive review of the Editorial Board and the Editorial Council is not sufficient grounds for the publication of the article.</p> <p>The average number of weeks between submission and publication is 15 and more.</p> <p>The originals of all levels are stored at least 1 year in the editorial office of the Journal.</p> <p><strong>Purpose of review</strong></p> <p>Defining the purpose of the review - all editors information for decision-making. The editors make a decision based on the reviewers ' advice.</p> <p>The review also provides guidance on the deficiencies and inconsistencies of the manuscript to the assessment criteria. The review may contain recommendations to improve the quality of articles for publication, but the reviewers have no obligation to provide the authors with constructive, detailed justification of all inconsistencies. The total period in accordance with the international practice and recommendations of international ethical committees to 1 month from the date of transfer of the manuscript for review. <em>The Journal peer-review process ensures that reviewers are independent of the authors, i.e. not affiliated with the same institution.</em></p> <p>3. <em>A re-review.</em> If you received the recommendations of the reviewers of the Journal decided "to recommend taking into account corrections of deficiencies noted" that the author sent recommendations and issues<strong> for correction</strong>. The manuscript corrected by the author are again sent for review. The author should motivate the changes.</p> <p>4. <em>The acceptance for publication.</em> The decision about acceptance for publication is based on received positive recommendations from the reviewers of the Journal (at the same time are assigned the <strong>status "accepted for publication"</strong>).</p> <p>5. <em>The refusal to publish.</em> If you received the recommendations of the reviewers of the Journal <strong>decided "not to recommend for publication"</strong>, the author receives a reasoned refusal to publish.
