Etc</p> <p> </p> <p>3.What other controls are needed for safe operation of the process heater?</p> <p>The heater needs a safety device to ensure the safe operation of the heater.<br> Each heater is equipped with an internal temperature sensor, and the output signal must be connected to the control system to realize the over-temperature alarm of the electric heater to ensure the safe operation of the electric heater. For liquid media, the end user must ensure that the heater can only work when it is completely immersed in the fluid. For heating in the tank, the liquid level needs to be controlled to ensure compliance. The outlet temperature measuring device is installed on the user's pipeline to monitor the exit temperature of the medium.</p> <p> </p> <p>4.What is a Flanged Immersion Heater?<br> A special heating element is connected to a flange. This is done with a hairpin bent element configuration. In some cases, tubular bugle elements are used. Tubing known as a thermowell is used to protect temperature probes, thermocouples and heating elements. Temperature readings are then transmitted to a control unit that powers the heat element on and off.
