IT Services Strategic Plan This 3-year strategic plan contains our mission & vision, objectives, 2017 priorities and links to McGill's 5-year IT roadmap. eTranscripts Launched in December 2017, students can now obtain both printed and electronic versions of their official transcripts online through Minerva. WMS (Web Management System), new features The Web team delivered several new features that had been popularly requested by site managers across the McGill community. Enrolment Verification Application EVA is an administrative application used by the Scholarships & Student Aid Office (SSAO) to manage the confirmation of students' eligibility for government financial aid. Recruitment to Retirement Program Selects New Tool The new tool, Workday, was chosen to replace the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) portion of Banner, and the Payroll One-time Payment System (POPS). The program team is in the process of configuring it for McGill's needs. Network and Information Security Upgrade The Network and Information Security Upgrade has been refreshing the wireless infrastructure throughout the campus.
