<h3>Zertifikat „Grundlagen der Hochschuldidaktik“ und Aufbauzertifikat „Kompetenz für professionelle Hochschullehre“</h3> <p>Das HDM vergibt das Zertifikat „Kompetenz für professionelle Hochschullehre“, mit dem Sie Ihre erworbene Qualifikation z.B. bei Bewerbungen und in späteren Berufungsverfahren nachweisen können. Das Zertifikatsprogramm umfasst insgesamt 200 Arbeitseinheiten (AE) à 45 Minuten, die in der Regel in zwei bis drei Jahren, unter Umständen aber auch schneller, absolviert werden können. Dabei sind je nach Themenfeld 12 bis 32 AE zu erbringen, um zu gewährleisten, dass Sie hochschuldidaktisch relevante Themen in der Breite abdecken. Es steht Ihnen selbstverständlich frei, auch mehr als die geforderten Arbeitseinheiten zu absolvieren. Neben dem Besuch der Workshops wählen Sie im Rahmen des Grundlagenzertifikates auch ein Format aus diesen Angeboten:</p> <ul> <li>Hospitation (wahlweise kollegiale oder Expertinnen-/Experten-Hospitation)</li> <li>Beratung zu einer Sitzungsgestaltung</li> <li>Angebote zum kollegialen Austausch</li> </ul> <p>Alle diese Angebote sind mit jeweils 4 AE auf das thematisch passende Themenfeld anrechenbar.</p> <p>Ein besonderer Fokus des Zertifikats liegt auf der systematischen Reflexion Ihrer Lehre. Im Rahmen der einzelnen Workshops verfassen Sie jeweils eine kurze Einstiegs- und Ausstiegsreflexion zu Ihrem persönlichen Lernerfolg. Diese Reflexionen bilden die Grundlage für eine halbtägige Reflexionswerkstatt, die Sie am Ende des Grundlagenzertifikates besuchen (für den Besuch sollten Sie bereits mindestens 90 AE erworben haben). In dieser Veranstaltung haben Sie die Gelegenheit, eine Bestandsaufnahme Ihrer Lehrkompetenzentwicklung vorzunehmen (wo komme ich her und wo stehe ich jetzt?) und sich über Ihre Weiterentwicklungsperspektiven klar zu werden, bevor Sie über den weiteren Verlauf entscheiden. Dabei haben Sie die Möglichkeit, nicht nur das Grundlagenzertifikat im Umfang von 120 AE abzuschließen, sondern auch den Erwerb des Aufbauzertifikats „Kompetenz für professionelle Hochschullehre“ weiter zu verfolgen.</p> <p> </p> <p><img src="data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%22%20width%3D%221727%22%20height%3D%22591%22%20viewBox%3D%220%200%201727%20591%22%2F%3E" data-original="/wp/images/_hdm-root/assets/Schaubild_Aufbauzertifikat_2024-1.jpg" loading="lazy" alt="Schaubild Aufbauzertifikat 2024 1" width="1192" height="408" /><br />Beim Erwerb des Aufbauzertifikates „Kompetenz für professionelle Hochschullehre“ (80 AE) können Sie zwischen drei verschiedenen Schwerpunktsetzungen wählen:</p> <ol type="A"> <li>Lehrentwicklung</li> <li>Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung</li> <li>Digitalisierung</li> </ol> <p>Der Erwerb des Aufbauzertifikates ist besonders empfehlenswert, um die Entwicklung Ihres Lehrprofils zielführend zu gestalten und Ihre Lehrexpertise auch nach außen, z.B. in Bewerbungskontexten, sichtbar zu machen. Bei der Durchführung Ihres Lehrentwicklungsprojekts beraten und begleiten wir Sie bei der selbstgesteuerten Umsetzung Ihrer Projektideen (40 AE) und der Entwicklung eines Lehrportfolios (14 AE). In einem Lehrportfolio dokumentieren Sie Ihre Lehrkompetenzen und -erfahrungen. Einen Leitfaden für die Erstellung des Portfolios finden Sie im <a href="/wp/hdm/veranstaltungen/download-materialien">Download-Bereich</a>. Passend zu Ihrem Projekt wählen Sie zusätzlich entsprechende Workshops (26 AE).
