Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Their Diasporas</em>, </strong>at BRIC, the leading presenter of free cultural programming in Brooklyn. The public opening reception will be held on March 14, 2018, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the free exhibition will be on view until April 29, 2018, at BRIC House, located at 647 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, New York. The Gallery at BRIC House is open Tue-Sat, 10am-6pm; Sun, 12-6pm; and is closed Mondays.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>The exhibition features contemporary art that uses an array of media to<strong><em> </em></strong>mine the interrelated histories of two Caribbean countries that share a single island, their tradition of cultural and social exchange, and the racism and social injustices that have long impacted the people of both nations.
