Most of the time it consists of conducting laboratories or classroom practices for BSc and MSc courses, supervising project courses of undergraduate students, and helping in the tests and exams of the department.</p> <h2>Research work</h2> <p>Within the research activity, the consultation with the supervisor is recognized with credit points (preparation for and evaluation of the activity there). The majority of research credits recognizes research work but may also include conference/workshop participation, study trips, institute visits, etc.</p> <h2>Publications</h2> <p>All the publication credits can be earned only if the minimal publication requirements of the doctoral programs are met. For the 25 publication credit points earned in the "training and research phase", this means that half of the minimal publication requirements have to be met.</p> <p>For the individual semesters the requirements are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The credits for "Publication 1" can be awarded if the student has any publications already published or at the end of the semester has at least one <em>outline</em> of an international conference or journal paper.</li> <li>The credits for "Publication 2" can be awarded if the student has any publications already published or has at least one international conference or journal paper <em>submitted</em> by the end of the semester.</li> <li>The credits for "Publication 3" can be awarded if the student has at least one international conference or journal paper <em>published</em>.</li> <li>The credits for "Publication 4" can be awarded if the student has at least one international conference or journal paper <em>published</em>, and has at least one paper <em>submitted</em> to a journal indexed by WoS or Scopus.
