class="ul-level-0"><li>首先，怎样用信息化的<strong>互联网思维总结和推广信息化建设的业务</strong>，来破解教师和学生的诉求，来帮助教师的成长发展，学生的成长成才。</li><li>第二，信息化建设中<strong>投入和产出的矛盾</strong>。学校在信息化建设中的投入非常大。不过往往需要一定的时间和积淀和积累才能出现成效。学校当时选择微搭就是为了能够让师生们能够更快更切实地体验到信息化的成效。</li><li>第三点就是<strong>安全性和易用性之间的矛盾</strong>。学校对信息安全的要求比较高。举个例子，我们在访问限制和密码策略方面设计了很多安全措施，会延长系统的响应时间。怎样在保证安全的基础上，提升用户体验是亟待解决的问题</li></ul><h3 name="%E8%BF%99%E6%AC%A1%E8%B7%9F%E8%85%BE%E8%AE%AF%E4%BA%91%E5%BE%AE%E6%90%AD%E4%BD%8E%E4%BB%A3%E7%A0%81%E5%90%88%E4%BD%9C%EF%BC%8C%E5%B8%8C%E6%9C%9B%E8%BE%BE%E5%88%B0%E4%BB%80%E4%B9%88%E6%95%88%E6%9E%9C%EF%BC%9F">这次跟腾讯云微搭低代码合作，希望达到什么效果？</h3><p>我们在信息化建设过程中，遇到一个很大的问题是一线的业务老师和技术员之间的鸿沟。</p><p>业务老师对业务很熟悉，但是不懂代码。技术中心的人懂代码，但是不够了解学校的一些核心业务。这个问题导致信息化推进过程中效果不够好。</p><p>我们想通过低代码平台，能让我们的<strong>老师能够专门专注于实现我们的业务逻辑，具备快速自主搭建的能力。以此来促进学校业务的数字化进程。</strong>希望通过本次和腾讯的深度合作，真正解决信息化建设过程中的难点，达到让学校师生都认可的效果。</p><h3 name="%E7%BB%93%E5%90%88%E4%BD%8E%E4%BB%A3%E7%A0%81%E5%B9%B3%E5%8F%B0%E7%9A%84%E4%BA%BA%E6%89%8D%E5%9F%B9%E5%85%BB%E6%96%B0%E6%80%9D%E8%B7%AF">结合低代码平台的人才培养新思路</h3><p>在本次项目过程中，我们组建自己的IT学生助理团队。希望能够通团队集中的学习研讨、参与腾讯的交流培训、深入项目实操等，<strong>针对性培养同学们的开发协同能力和研发能力知识储备。</strong></p><p>一方面，学校把信息化的计算存储资源开放出去，提供给一些有需要有想法有能力的同学。围绕他们自身的信息化的需求自主研发、自主规划，面向全校实施基于微搭构建的应用。</p><p>学生开发的一个晚点名应用是一个很好的例子。在疫情防控背景下，如何保证学生在校园内，是一个很大的挑战。我们的学生团队基于微搭快速的实现了晚点名应用，提供给了学生管理部门。</p><p>另外一方面呢，我们也是想借助这样一个项目的形式，和互联网企业进行交流，让学生了解我们行业前沿的技术路线、岗位的划分、岗位职责。我们信息化部门提供力所能及的舞台，培养创新创业、动手实践能力强的人才。</p><figure
