Other <b>tools and service providers</b> such as DataCite integrate with re3data to integrate information about data repositories into scholarly workflows. </p> <p> You can search and filter data repositories by certification, metadata standards, and any combination of over two dozen facets. Results are displayed with icons that make it easy to quickly identify repositories by common features such as those providing open access, persistent identifiers, or data licenses. </p> <p> re3data shares all of its metadata as open data without restriction using Creative Commons Zero, and it provides an open application programming interface (<a href="/api/doc">API</a>) and other protocols to encourage sharing and integration. Its records are available as XML, structured by our <a href="/schema">schema</a> that is maintained and regularly updated with community input. </p> <p> We encourage the community to <a href="/suggest">submit new data repositories</a> to be indexed by re3data and to suggest corrections and improvements for existing records. </p> <p> Overall direction for the registry is provided by the <a href="/workinggroup">re3data Working Group</a>, and the schema and contents of the registry are curated by the <a href="/editorialboard">re3data Editorial Board</a>.
