Here are a few current volunteer opportunities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Contribute 3 hours during the Texas Teen Book Festival or the Texas Book Festival to help staff our booth (volunteer opportunities for Saturday, October 1, or Saturday and Sunday November 5 & 6).</li> <li>Represent the Friends for 2 hours during the 2nd Saturday events each month when the Texas State Archives, Texas Family Heritage Research Center, and Reference and Information Center are open to the public from 9 am to 4 pm.</li> <li>Attend an upcoming “Beer and Books” evening to sign up new Friends.</li> <li>Volunteer with the Texas Center for the Book to help promote the Little Free Library project in Texas.</li> <li>Got graphic art talent?
