February 7 at the Stamp All Niter</span></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Artwork Drop off:</strong><span> December 4 - 11, 2024</span></p><p> </p><p dir="ltr"><span>The Stamp Gallery announces a call for student artwork for a juried exhibition to be held during the Winter Session. Artwork in this exhibition will be displayed on the walls in front of the windows of our gallery during the winter session, with a closing reception during STAMP’s All Niter. All forms of media, including 2-D, 3-D and digital art, are accepted.</span></p><p dir="ltr"> </p><p dir="ltr"><span>Proposals are open to all currently enrolled University of Maryland students. Any questions about the submission guidelines can be directed to </span><a href="mailto:stampgallery@umd.edu"><span>stampgallery@umd.edu</span></a><span>. </span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>Selected artwork will be exhibited in the Stamp Gallery in the Adele H. Stamp Student Union, University of Maryland, College Park between December 16, 2024 - February 7, 2025.</span></p><p> </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>SUBMISSION GUIDELINES</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><span>Applicants must submit via the </span><a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSekRtlCQMdnVOCxeOHNMGzRYafyunRHxsIjExc6bV_Byy-teg/viewform?usp=sf_link"><span>Submission Form</span></a><span>:</span></p><p> </p><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Proposed works with title and short description (up to 200 words), year of production, and medium. </span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>No more than 5 artworks in total. Up to 5 images/files (JPEG 72 dpi) may be submitted. Video/audio clips should be shared as links to streaming sites. He is a 2024-2025 Arts for All Faculty Fellow at UMD and working on a project that explores how the general population engages with contemporary art.<br> </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>ABOUT STAMP GALLERY</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><span>Stamp Gallery is dedicated to the exhibition of contemporary art with an emphasis on the work of emerging and mid-career artists. The gallery supports contemporary art that is challenging and/or academically engaging and that addresses broad community and social issues.
