style="color:#1780C4">协鑫能科</a>（SZ:002015）发布公告，公司于2024年11月20日召开第八届董事会第三十四次会议和第八届监事会第二十三次会议，审议通过了《关于部分募投项目延期的议案》，董事会和监事会均同意公司将募投项目之“新能源汽车充电场站建设项目”、“分布式光伏电站建设项目”、“新型电网侧储能电站建设项目”和“信息系统平台及研发中心建设项目”的预计完成日期由2024年12月31日延期至2025年12月31日。</p><p>公告指出，公司募投项目之“新能源汽车充电场站建设项目”、“分布式光伏电站建设项目”、“新型电网侧储能电站建设项目”和“信息系统平台及研发中心建设项目”是基于行业发展趋势、公司发展战略以及业务发展需要等确定的，符合国家政策及市场发展需求，前期虽然经过了充分的可行性论证，但由于受国家或地方有关政策调整、项目审批和市场环境等影响，在实际实施过程中仍存在较多不可控因素，部分项目实施进度延缓，预计无法在原定计划内完成建设。</p><p>协鑫能科表示，本次部分募投项目延期是公司根据客观原因和募投项目实施的实际情况做出的审慎决策，有利于公司更好地使用募集资金，保证募投项目顺利地实施。本次延期未改变募投项目实施主体、实施方式、募集资金用途及募集资金投入金额，不会对募投项目的实施造成实质性的影响，不存在变相改变募集资金投向和损害股东利益的情形，亦不会对公司的正常生产经营产生重大不利影响。</p>
