style="color:#1780C4">光伏玻璃</a>产品检出的砷含量平均超过200ppm，最高含量接近2000ppm，引起行业广泛关注。</p><p>针对这一消息，大家一定有很多疑惑和不解，不要着急，且听<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-3512.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">CPVT</a>黄文浩博士从专业的角度来谈一谈近期光伏行业热议的关于光伏玻璃中检出砷(As)的几个话题。</p><p><strong>Q1“砷”究竟是个什么东西?</strong></p><p><strong>黄博士：</strong></p><p>砷(Arsenic)俗称砒，是一种类金属元素，单质砷暴露在空气中易氧化成剧毒物质三氧化二砷(砒霜)。国际癌症研究机构明确将砷化合物列为一类致癌物，有关研究数据显示，长期接触可能导致多种健康问题，尤其是癌症风险的增加。根据欧盟第1907/2006 (EC) 号法规的规定，三氧化二砷在物品中的总含量以质量分数计不得超过0.1%(即1000ppm);我们国家在相关标准中对砷的允许限量也有明确要求，如《化妆品安全技术规范》(2022年版)中明确规定，砷的含量不得超过2mg/kg(即2ppm)。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img width="640px"/></p><p><strong>Q2为什么会在光伏玻璃中检出砷呢?</strong></p><p><strong>黄博士：</strong></p><p>这还得从光伏玻璃的生产工艺和特性说起，去泡是光伏玻璃生产过程中的一个重要环节，需要使用澄清剂来排除玻璃中的气泡，从而有效提高玻璃的透光性能。如仅从澄清剂的功能角度考虑，焦锑酸钠、氧化锑、芒硝(硫酸钠)、三氧化二砷等都可以用作光伏玻璃的澄清剂。事实上，由于三氧化二砷的剧毒性质，考虑到环保、健康等因素，在光伏玻璃生产过程中一般不采用其作为澄清剂，目前业界最常用的澄清剂是焦锑酸钠。但如果企业选用价格低于焦锑酸钠的三氧化二砷作为澄清剂，或选用添加了三氧化二砷的澄清剂，则其生产的光伏玻璃就会含砷。</p><p><strong>Q3光伏玻璃中含砷会产生什么影响?</strong></p><p><strong>黄博士：</strong></p><p>光伏玻璃生产过程中，如果使用三氧化二砷作为澄清剂，其分解产生的含砷气体会对环境造成污染，对生产工人的健康构成威胁。在使用阶段，在光伏玻璃运输、光伏组件封装、电站现场安装及运行等过程中，一旦出现玻璃破损，原本固化在玻璃中的含砷化合物则可能伴着粉尘释放到环境中，一旦通过呼吸道、皮肤、食物等进入人体，会对人体造成危害;在光伏组件回收阶段，对光伏组件进行破拆或分解时，含砷光伏玻璃可能释放出有毒的砷化合物，如对玻璃碎片处理不当，还可能会污染土壤和地下水。</p><p width="640px"/></p><p><strong>Q4用什么方法可以检测出光伏玻璃中的砷含量?</strong></p><p><strong>黄博士：</strong></p><p>当前，关于光伏玻璃中砷含量的检测方法主要有电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱-质谱联用法(ICP-MS)、原子荧光光谱法(AFS)、原子吸收光谱法(AAS)等。</p><p>ICP-OES法是将样品溶液雾化后，以电感耦合等离子体作为激发光源，根据处于激发态的待测元素原子回到基态时发射的特征谱线对待测元素进行分析的方法，可一次性检出多个元素，具有操作简单的优点。以189.042nm谱线作为为检测信号，溶液中As检出浓度可以达到0.1 center;">ICP-OES法测试溶液中As含量标准曲线</p><p>ICP-MS法是ICP系统与质谱仪联用，质谱作为检测器具有检出限低的特点，以质量数74.9216为检测信号，溶液中As检出浓度可到0.1g/L甚至更低。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img center;">ICP-MS法测试溶液中As含量标准曲线</p><p>AFS法是将五价的砷在酸性溶液中还原成三价砷，三价砷与硼氢化钾(钠)反应后生成砷化氢气体。气态砷化氢由载气(氩气)带入原子化检测器中，砷化氢气体受热分解为基态砷原子。当基态砷原子在砷空心阴极灯的照射下被激发至高能态，高能态原子砷回到基态原子砷过程中，发射出具有特定波长的原子荧光，荧光强度和原子基态砷的含量在一定的浓度范围内成正比就可以测定溶液中As浓度，AFS法As最低检出浓度最低可以达到0.1g/L。</p><p
