The situation for the Promised Day Brigades is different. <em>Al-Sadr has ordered a tactical ceasefire only for the Promised Day Brigades</em> with a view to facilitating the withdrawal of the American invaders’ occupation forces.</p> <blockquote><p>"In order that Iraq can recover its independence through the withdrawal of the invaders from our territory, I judge it indispensable to halt all armed resistance operations until the complete withdrawal of the occupying forces. If the pullout is completed and there is no longer a single US soldier on our territory, the military operations will end definitively but if that is not the case and Iraq remains in a state of dependency, they will resume with increased vigour."</p> </blockquote> <p>He went on to say that he was working  <em>"hand in hand"</em>  with Maliki’s government  <em>"to achieve the liberation of the country and supporting it against US pressure."</em>  </p> <p>Several  points arise from this. It’s a public demonstration of his  firm grip on the loyalties of his followers. It clears the way (and gives political blessing to) operations against splinter groups. <br/>في محافظة البصرة سقط ما لا يقل عن خمسة عشر شخصا بين قتيل وجريح جميعهم من عناصر الشرطة بانفجار سيارة مفخخة يقودها انتحاري امام مقر مقر للشرطة في المحافظة. <br/>وذكر رئيس اللجنة الأمنية في مجلس المحافظة علي غانم المالكي في حديث للسومرية نيوز أن انتحاريا يقود سيارة مفخخة من نوع كيا اقتحم صباح الاثنين البوابة الرئيسية لمقر القوج الثاني في شرطة طوارئ البصرة في منطقة العشار وسط المدينة وفجر نفسه في حين أوضح مصدر أمني أن الانفجار أسفر عن مقتل أربعة من عناصر الشرطة وإصابة أحد عشر آخرين فضلا عن إلحاق أضرار مادية كبيرة بالمقر. </li> <li><strong>بغداد</strong> <br/>وفي العاصمة بغداد قتل مدنيان وأصيب خمسة عشر آخرون بانفجار عبوتين ناسفتين مساء الأحد داخل ملعب لكرة القدم في منطقة حي الجهاد جنوب غرب بغداد. </li> <li><strong>ديالى</strong> <br/>أما في ديالى فقد قتل ثلاثة أشخاص بينهم اثنان من تعيشها واشنطن من موقف التيار الصدري المطالب بالسيادة الوطنية الكاملة، مشددة على أن أغلبية الكتل السياسية وجميع الشعب العراقي مع خروج تلك القوات من العراق. <br/>وقال رئيس الهيئة السياسية للتيار الصدري كرار الخفاجي في بيان صدر عن مكتبه، اليوم "إن تصريحات السفير الأميركي الأخيرة في العراق تكشف عن حالة القلق الشديد التي يسببها لهم موقف التيار الصدري المطالب بالسيادة الوطنية الكاملة"، مؤكدا "أن العراقيين اليوم في أفضل حالات النضج الوطني والوعي السياسي للمطالبة بخروج الاحتلال". <br/>وكان السفير الأميركي في بغداد جيمس جيفري قد صرح "ان أغلبية النواب العراقيين وافقوا على بقاء القوات الأمريكية في العراق ما عدا قائد سياسي واحد يتباهى بقتل الجنود الأمريكيين". <br/>وتابع الخفاجي "لا يتوهم احد بأن وجود الاحتلال ضمان لأمن العراق فعلى العكس تماما ،حيث أن العراق شهد اكبر وأعمق الخروقات الأمنية على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي في ظل وجود الاحتلال". <br/>ولفت إلى "أن جميع الشعب العراقي وأغلبية أعضاء البرلمان ضد الوجود العسكري الأميركي ومع السيادة الوطنية الكاملة".</p> <p style="clear: both"><a امريكا في العراق تفوق ما قصفت به هيروشيما</strong></p> <p>ذكرت صحيفة (بيبليت) الفرنسية اليوم الإثنين، ان كمية الذخيرة المشعة الملقاة من قبل القوات الامريكية على العراق تفوق تلك أطلقت على هيروشيما في الحرب العالمية الثانية. ولفتت الصحيفة الى احتواء الاسلحة المستخدمة في العراق خلال حرب الخليج على اليورانيوم المنضب وهو ما يؤدي الى سقوط ضحايا بعد 20 عاما من الهجمات. وأشارت الصحيفة الى "ولادة الأطفال المشوهين في العراق" معتبرة ذلك "جريمة ضد الإنسانية لاسيما بالنسبة لسكان مدينة الفلوجة، وحتى بعض الجنود الامريكيين الذين مكثوا لفترات هناك". وأوضحت ان "ولادة طفل دون تشوه بات استثناء في الفلوجة، وهو بمثابة ابادة لاجيال متلاحقة، حتى ذرية من جنود أمريكيين يعانون من مشكلات مماثلة كولادة أطفال دون أطراف، والسبب معروف هو استخدام قنابل تحتوي على اليورانيوم المخصب عالي الاشعاع". ورأت ان "امتلاك الولايات المتحدة الامريكية لأسلحة نووية بات يشكل تهديدا للسلام والامن في العالم" مبينة ان "العراق يعيش اليوم في حالة خراب، و يعاني من العنف، اضافة الى تشوهات الاطفال، وهو في حال أسوأ من ذي قبل". وبحسب الصحيفة فأنه "لسوء الحظ ليس العراق وحده من يعاني من مشكلة التلوث الاشعاعي، بل هناك دول اخرى منها أفغانستان وبلدان أخرى شهدت اعتداءات بأسلحة بالذخيرة مصنوعة من اليورانيوم المنضب الأكثر تدميرا". وتساءلت الصحيفة "كيف نفهم ان الولايات المتحدة وحلفاءها بما ذلك فرنسا تصرفت على ذلك النحو واستخدمت الأسلحة غير المشروعة الأكثر تدميراً، والألغام المضادة للأفراد، ومعروف ان النشاط الإشعاعي يسفر عن نتائج كارثية على صحة بين الصدر وبارزاني في أربيل الاسبوع القادم لبحث المبادرة الجديدة </strong></p> <p>أكد عضو التحالف الكردستاني ومستشار رئيس الجمهورية عادل برواري ان لقاءً سيعقد مطلع الأسبوع القادم في مدينة أربيل بين مقتدى الصدر ومسعود بارزاني لتفعيل المبادرة الجديدة وتدارك الأزمة السياسية الراهنة في البلاد. <br/>وقال برواري في تصريح صحافي أدلى به، الاثنين، ان هذه المبادرة تهدف الى تقريب وجهات النظر بين الكتل الرئيسة لاسيما بعد الخلافات الشديدة بين العراقية ودولة القانون. <br/>واضاف ان المبادرة تتضمن شقين الأول الموقف من المجلس السياسي والثاني تلافي مشكلة الوزراء الامنيين، موضحاً ان الوضع السياسي يحتاج الى هذه المبادرة لحلحة الأمور، مرجحاً أن تثمر تلك المبادرة عن نتائج إيجابية.</p> <p><strong>التيار الصدري يعد طاولة مستديرة في النجف أو بغداد لحلحلة الأزمة الراهنة </strong> </p> <p>قال التيار الصدري ان الهدف من مبادرة زعيمه مقتدى الصدر هو استكمال ما تبقى من اتفاقية أربيل، داعياً الجانبين إلى التفاوض، وكاشفاً عن قرب الدعوة لطاولة مستديرة في النجف او بغداد. <br/>بهاء الأعرجي القيادي في التيار توقع في بالقول ان اسماء القتلى لن يعلن عنها قبل ابلاغ ذويهم من قبل وزارة الدفاع الامريكية. وبمقتل هؤلاء الجنود الخمسة يرتفع عدد قتلى جيش الاحتلال الامريكي منذ احتلاله العراق قبل اكثر من ثماني سنوات الى 4459 قتيلا حسب وزارة الدفاع الامريكية.</p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>احداث امنية في مناطق عدة من البلاد </strong></font></p> <p>في صلاح الدين قتل ثلاثة عشر شخصا بينهم أربعة ضباط احدهم امر فوج وجرح ما لا يقل عن تسعة عشر آخرون بتفجير انتحاري بسيارة مفخخة في مدينة تكريت بمحافظة صلاح الدين. <br/>وقال مصدر امني ان السيارة انفجرت قرابة التاسعة من صباح الاثنين عند مدخل القصور الرئاسية، الذي يضم مجلس المحافظة ومجمع المحاكم ودوائر حكومية وسط تكري وبين أن احد الضباط الأربعة الذين قتلوا هو العقيد نوري المشهداني امر فوج الاستطلاع والاستخبارات في الفرقة الرابعة للجيش العراقي لافتا إلى أن الانفجار اسفر ايضا عن إحراق سبع سيارات مدنية وعجلتين عسكريتين. <br/>وفي بغداد قتل ثلاثة من عناصر الصحوة وأصيب جنديان في هجوم مسلح بأسلحة كاتمة للصوت استهدف نقطة تفتيش مشتركة بمنطقة الأعظمية شمال بغداد. <br/>وفي حادث آخر، اصيب ثلاثة من عناصر الشرطة بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت دوريتهم، صباح الاثنين، على طريق عام في منطقة الكسرة بالأعظمية ايضا، كما قتل عنصر بالجيش العراقي في هجوم مسلح بأسلحة كاتمة للصوت استهدف صباح الاثنين نقطة تفتيش للجيش والشرطة بشارع المغرب بمنطقة نفسها. <br/>وفي ابو غريب قال مصدر عسكري ان قوة من اللواء الرابع والعشرين اعتقلت ثلاثة وثلاثين شخصا خلال حملة دهم تشنها بمنطقة بمنطقة الزيدان في أبو غريب غرب بغداد، مبينا أن الحملة مستمرة حتى <br/>الآن. <br/>في كركوك عثرت قوة من الشرطة على جثة موظفة في وزارة النفط قضت خنقاً، وذكر مصدر أن القتيلة عثر عليها داخل منزلها داخل منزلها في حي الحسين جنوب كركوك وكانت معصوبة العينين ومقيدة اليدين. <br/>أما في نينوى فقد أعلن لواد الرد السريع في وزارة الداخلية، الاثنين، عن اعتقال أمير تنظيم القاعدة بالموصل خلال عملية دهم بزعامة مقتدى الصدر،اليوم الثلاثاء، أن استعراض جيش المهدي سيكون يوم الخميس المقبل ، مشيرا الى انه حصل على الموافقات الأمنية كافة ومنها موافقة مكتب رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي. <br/>وقال القيادي في التيار الصدري حازم الأعرجي خلال مؤتمر صحفي مشترك عقده اليوم مع المتحدث باسم المقاومة الإسلامية عبد الهادي الدراجي في الهيئة الإعلامية للتيار ببغداد" إن موعد استعراض جيش المهدي سيكون الخميس المقبل والمصادف 26 أيار الجاري"، مشيرا إلى" أنه سيبدأ في الساعة الثامنة صباحا وسينتهي بانتهاء مرور آخر كردوس". <br/>وأضاف الأعرجي" أن المشاركين في الاستعراض هم من السنة والشيعة والكرد والتركمان"، مشيرا إلى"ان الزي الذي عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><b>مجلس نينوى يطالب القوات الأمريكية باخلاء مطار الموصل</b></p> <p>طالب مجلس محافظة نينوى الجهات التنفيذية في المحافظة بضرورة العمل على ابلاغ القوات الامريكية باخلاء مطار الموصل بسبب الأضرار التي ألحقتها به وبالمواطنين والمسافرين. <br/>وقال عضو المجلس يحيى عبد محجوب في تصريح صحفي" قرر المجلس بجلسته الـ85 دعوة الجهات التنفيذية وهي محافظة نينوى بان تطالب القوات الامريكية باخلاء مطار الموصل وذلك للاضرار التي الحقتها بالمطار وشكاوى المواطنين والمسافرين وخاصة الحجاج والمعتمرين، من الاجراءات المتبعة في المطار نتيجة تواجد الأمريكان فيه ". <br/>وأضاف "أن جميع أعضاء المجلس طالبوا أيضا بسرعة خروج القوات الامريكية من المحافظة والعراق، بعد انتهاء المدة المحددة لتواجدهم حسب الاتفاقية الامنية".</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 1.5em"><font color="#800000">الاخبار الامنية </font></span></strong></p> <p>في بغداد ثلاثة مزارعين أصيبوا صباح الثلاثاء بانفجار عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة داخل بستان زراعي في قضاء المحمودية، جنوب العاصمة. <br/>اما في نينوى فقد أصيب اثنان من عناصر الشرطة بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت في ساعة متقدمة من مساء ليل الاثنين دورية للشرطة العراقية في حي 17 تموز غرب مدينة الموصل. <br/>كما أفاد عدد من أهالي الموصل أن قوة من الجيش العراقي اعتقلت ثلاثة من الرياضيين المعروفين في عملية دهم شنتها في حي الأربجية شرق المدينة، من دون معرفة الأسباب، وذكروا ان الرياضيين هم كل من لاعب المنتخب الوطني بالتايكونجيستو شمال محمد صالح، وعضو الهيئة الإدارية لنادي المستقبل المشرق عزيز نعمة، ومسؤول الفرق الشعبية في النادي نفسه فائز عزيز. <br/>وفي ديالى عثرت قوة من الشرطة صباح الثلاثاء على جثة متفسخة تعود لرجل مجهول الهوية كانت ملقاة في اطراف منطقة دور معمل المعجون جنوب غرب بعقوبة. <br/>أما في كركوك، فقد عثرت قوة أمنية على جثة شاب في العقد الثالث من عمره يدعى سعد غربي، كانت ملقاة في سوق هرج الشعبية بمنطقة احمد اغا، وسط كركوك، وظهرت عليها أثار طلقات نارية في مناطق متفرقة من الجسد. <br/>وفي الديوانية، تعرضت قاعدة ايكو التابعة للقوات الأميركية والواقعة غرب المدينة فجر الثلاثاء إلى قصف بصاروخي كاتيوشا لم تعرف الاضرار المادية او البشرية التي تسببا بها.
