they shall camp<MH2583> around<MH5439> the tent<MH168> of meeting<MH4150> <span class="fn"><a href="#fn">[b]</a></span>at a distance<MH4480, 5048>. <span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-3.htm"><b>3</b></a></span>Now those who camp<MH2583> on the east<MH6924b> side<MH6924b> toward the sunrise<MH4217> <i>shall be</i> of the flag<MH1714> of the camp<MH4264> of Judah<MH3063>, by their armies<MH6635>; They shall set<MH5265> out<MH5265> first<MH7223>. <p class="paragraph"><span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-10.htm"><b>10</b></a></span>“On the south<MH8486> side<MH8486> <i>shall be</i> the flag<MH1714> of the camp<MH4264> of Reuben<MH7205> by their armies<MH6635>; and the leader<MH5387a> of the sons<MH1121> of Reuben<MH7205>: Elizur<MH468> the son<MH1121> of Shedeur<MH7707>, <span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-11.htm"><b>11</b></a></span>and his army<MH6635>, their numbered<MH6485> men: 46,500<MH8337a, 705, 505, 2568, 3967>. <span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-12.htm"><b>12</b></a></span>And those who camp<MH2583> next<MH5921> to him <i>shall be</i> the tribe<MH4294> of Simeon<MH8095>; and the leader<MH5387a> of the sons<MH1121> of Simeon<MH8095>: Shelumiel<MH8017> the son<MH1121> of Zurishaddai<MH6701a>, <span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-13.htm"><b>13</b></a></span>and his army<MH6635>, their numbered<MH6485> men: 59,300<MH8672, 2572, 505, 7969, 3967>. <span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-14.htm"><b>14</b></a></span>Then <i>follows</i> the tribe<MH4294> of Gad<MH1410>; and the leader<MH5387a> of the sons<MH1121> of Gad<MH1410>: Eliasaph<MH460> the son<MH1121> of <span class="fn"><a href="#fn">[d]</a></span>Deuel<MH1845>, <span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-15.htm"><b>15</b></a></span>and his army<MH6635>, their numbered<MH6485> men: 45,650<MH2568, 705, 505, 8337a, 3967, 2572>. <span class="reftext"><a href="/numbers/2-16.htm"><b>16</b></a></span>The total<MH3605> of the numbered<MH6485> men of the camp<MH4264> of Reuben<MH7205>: 151,450<MH3967, 505, 259, 2572, 702> by their armies<MH6635>.
