/> </div><div>　　<strong>——率先建立“工厂化修复”的多技术协同处置系统</strong><br /> </div><div>　　时间：2016年<br /> </div><div>　　地点：广州<br /> </div><div>　　讲述人：田德金修复工程事业部<br /> </div><div>　　“我印象非常清楚，2016年11月30日我们召开了广钢白鹤洞地块修复项目验收会，这预示着我们1年零78天的修复工作即将画上圆满的句号。”作为项目经理的田德金，跟我们讲述了广钢地块修复项目的故事。<br /> </div><div>　　广州是我国近代工业的重要发源地之一，创立于1958年的广钢，烟囱高耸、高炉林立、生产线纵横、机器轰鸣，成为地方产业的支柱和经济发动机，带来繁荣的同时，也产生了大气、土壤、噪音污染等尖锐的环境问题。<br /> </div><div>　　2013年3月，广钢委托广东省生态环境和土壤研究所对广钢白鹤洞地块污染情况进行调查。结果显示，广钢白鹤洞地块土壤受重金属和多环芳烃的污染，有51.75万立方米受污染土壤需要进行修复治理。<br /> </div><div>　　2015年，建工修复承接了广钢白鹤洞地块修复项目，作为见证了城市化和工业技术发展时代进程的广州“铁锈地块”，从此也开启了一段新的历史进程。<br /> </div><div>　　“我们是2015年7月进场的，现场看到了很多废弃的厂房和仓库、生锈的高炉、被弃置的机车……我们当时唯一的想法就是让这片受到污染的土壤尽快得到治理，成为宜居的新城！”田德金回忆起当时进场的情景还热血沸腾。<br /> </div><div>　　广钢地块修复项目是当时污染土方量最大、污染情况最复杂的项目，对技术工艺要求极高。<br /> </div><div>　　为了实现地块科学治理，项目团队通过构建污染场地概念模型和详细分析，第一次采取了破碎筛分、土壤洗脱、异位热脱附和异位固化稳定化多种工艺联合技术进行修复治理的方案。<br /> </div><div>　　我们首先要对不同大小的土壤进行破碎筛分，同时对不同污染类型土壤进行分类，这就需要一个很大的场地，同时要避免开挖出来的污染土壤产生二次污染。<br /> </div><div>　　为了实现这一目标，项目团队利用原有的两个巨型白色大棚，结合现场地形，建立了第一个规模化、系统化的修复工厂。<br /> </div><div>　　“当时这两个白色大棚是亚洲最大跨度存放污染土壤的膜结构大棚，当时周边居民都好奇这里在做什么，我们还做了大量的科普工作，让居民了解我们在做的事儿。”田德金说。<br /> </div><div>　　在项目现场，这里像一个工厂一样，有很多的车间和设备，污染土壤也根据处理流程被运送到相应的位置进行处置。多种技术协同联动，对不同污染类型的土壤分类精准进行修复，大大提高了修复效率。<br /> </div><div>　　“修复工厂”概念也由此产生，并在广钢地块修复项目进行了国内第一次实践。<br /> </div><div>　　项目上有很多大型的设备，田德金走在施工现场，听到最多的也是设备的轰鸣声，他说：“只要能听到设备正常运转的声音，我心里就很踏实”。<br /> </div><div>　　“那时候我们就在研究绿色可持续修复了，不仅要实现修复效果，还要在修复过程中提高效率、节约资源，为了防止二次污染，我们还建造了污水处理站。”<br /> </div><div>　　除此之外，项目还创新性的建造了“阳光房”，利用自然光使淋洗后的土壤尽快干燥，从而快速进入下一个修复“程序”。<br /> </div><div>　　随着广钢地块整体修复完成，土壤环境达到修复目标值，通过了第三方的检测和验收并取得环保主管部门的认可，这块土地也被开发利用，各大品牌房企拿地相继入驻，高楼林立，成为广州楼市快速发展的区域之一。<br /> </div><div>　　同时钢铁厂遗址也被保留了下来，成为工业遗址景观公园，承载着一代广州人对重工业发展的记忆。<br /> </div><div>　　项目率先建立“工厂化修复”的多技术协同处置系统，凭借着系统化技术与应用创新，成功入选《2019年重点环境保护实用技术及示范工程名录》。<br /> </div><div>　　原标题：首次实践！你不知道的“工厂化修复”</div></div>
