Rich currently serves as a board member or advisor to several technology companies and investment firms. He is instrumental in growing revenue and profit across product lines, and bringing new, innovative solutions to market that deliver value to AddThis customers around the world. Prior to AddThis, Hal served as President of Kontera, a leading content marketing platform where he was responsible for Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Business Development and the Kontera Publisher Network. Prior to joining the AddThis team, Matt served as Vice President of Delivery and Chief Architect at Quantum Retail Technology. Scott has also held marketing management positions at Quark, EMC and IBM\Lotus. Perry most recently was SVP Sales at Aggregate Knowledge where he led all aspects of sales for over four years. Starting from zero, he delivered substantial revenue growth and helped establish Aggregate Knowledge as a leading DMP culminating in Aggregated Knowledge being acquired by Neustar in October 2013. Prior to Aggregate Knowledge, Perry led Eastern US Sales for Specific Media from September, 2004 to February, 2010. Perry was the first hire in the East for Specific and under his guidance grew revenue to $125m with a team of 35 Sales Executives in five offices. In this role, he is responsible for the company's relationships with data partners and customers. </p> <p> Mike brings two decades of diverse experience in building global businesses and has a proven track record in growing digital companies and managing new technologies. He was a Vice President at AOL and AOL Time Warner and a key player on the business development and mergers and acquisitions teams. Mike was also CEO of Message Level, an email security company and a senior executive at Grab Networks and Echo360 where he was responsible for corporate development and legal matters. Mike earned an AB cum laude in Economics from Harvard and a JD <em>cum laude</em> from Georgetown, where he was Articles Editor of the <cite>Georgetown Law Journal</cite>. </p> </div> </div> </div> </section> <section> <div class="container-fluid rich-labarca"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-md-5"> <h3>Rich Labarca</h3> <h4 class="org">Vice President of Product</h4> <p> As Vice President of Product, Rich oversees AddThis' publisher, advertising and data businesses, leading efforts across product strategy and development. He is active in multiple industry working groups such as the Network Advertising Initiative and Interactive Advertising Bureau, incorporating privacy best practices into all AddThis products. Rich has been with AddThis for over seven years, leading the development of mobile, advertising and data products, and establishing major revenue lines. Prior to AddThis, he was co-founder and CTO for two mobile-focused startups building online game and marketing platforms. His history of product development includes computer-assisted surgical systems for hip and knee orthopedic procedures, and he has done extensive research in computer-assisted surgery, synchrotron software for protein crystallography, and mobile robotics. Rich received a BS in Computer Science and MS in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University. </p> </div> </div> </div> </section> <section> <div class="container-fluid charlie-reverte"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-md-5 col-md-offset-7"> <h3>Charlie Reverte</h3> <h4 class="org">Vice President of Engineering</h4> <p> Charlie leads the AddThis engineering organization as well as its publisher business. He was a founding engineer at AddThis and has helped it scale from scratch in 2006 to reach 1.7 billion unique users across the web. He also co-authored the OExchange spec for open sharing, which was implemented by Twitter and Google, among others. Charlie studied microprocessors and distributed systems at Carnegie Mellon while sending robots into caves and coal mines. He also developed one of the first augmented reality systems for robotic surgery and ACL reconstruction.
