Il existe de tels points d’appui, appelés "<strong>Swiss Business Hubs</strong>", en Allemagne, en France, en Italie, en Autriche, en Grande-Bretagne, en Espagne, aux Etats-Unis, au Japon, en Pologne, en Chine, en Russie, en Inde, au Brésil, dans les Etats du Golfe et dans les pays de l’Association des nations du Sud-Est asiatique (ASEAN). </li></ul><p>Les Swiss Business Hubs offrent les prestations suivantes: <br/></p><ul><li>informations </li><li>conseils </li><li>contacts avec des partenaires commerciaux </li><li>marketing </li><li>interventions auprès des autorités <br/><br/>La plupart des Swiss Business Hubs sont rattachés au réseau officiel de représentations du DFA. 2 Hubs (Autriche et Italie) sont gérés par une Chambre de commerce bilatérale. <br/><br/>La promotion des exportations a essentiellement pour objectif de réduire les obstacles au commerce. Une protection globale des investissements est d’une importance capitale pour l’économie suisse. <br/><br/>A ce jour, la Suisse a conclu des <strong>accords de protection</strong> des investissements avec plus d’une centaine de pays d’Afrique, d’Amérique latine, d’Asie et d’Europe. Ces accords règlent: </p><ul><li>le traitement des investissements étrangers par l’Etat hôte </li><li>le transfert du capital et des revenus de l’investissement </li><li>l’indemnisation en cas d’expropriation </li><li>les procédures de règlement des différends. <br/><br/>Ces accords marquent la volonté de la Suisse de garantir aux investisseurs une sécurité juridique accrue et de créer un climat favorable aux placements de capitaux. Ils permettent aussi de combler les lacunes qui peuvent exister hors de la zone de l’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE).
