In 2012, 10 process engineers were hired, graduates of Russian universities, who spent 6 months in Holland to learn how to work with high-tech equipment and acquire skills in developing technological processes for the production of MEMS elements. Some of the employees had many years of experience in Europe and America even before their employment at MAPPER LLC. The production of MAPPER LLC was launched in 2014. Since then, the MEMS foundry has been continuously operating and supplying products to its customers. Simultaneously with production activities, the company is intensively developing internship programs and accepting students of technical schools and universities for practical training. Under certain conditions, they can become pathogens for humans and animals. The interest in B. cereus bacilli is due to the fact that they cause diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), and can also cause septicemia, endocarditis, pneumonia, meningitis, etc. An important stage in the life cycle of B. cereus is sporulation. B. cereus sporules have specific structures that are absent in vegetative cells, and are responsible for such sporule properties as thermal stability, resistance to various damaging factors, adhesion to biotic and abiotic surfaces. The near-surface layer of punching dies is modified in the process of mechanical action with a milling tool and local heating by a laser. Profiles of the hardness on depth have been constructed using the method of automated mapping. Calculation of the main parameters of the side walls roughness of the lightguide layer, which have the greatest effect on the optical loss in the waveguide, carried out by finite difference time domain method (FDTD), is presented. Based on this calculation, the optimal thickness of the lightguide layer of nitride was established, allowing the light flow to be retained. Calculation of the model was based on the data obtained during the study of SEM images of manufactured waveguide structures. The key nodes of the hardware neural network are the memory and logic matrices, developed on the basis of a new component of nanoelectronics –<br>a combined memristor-diode crossbar, which have a high integration of elements and energy efficiency compared to known neuroprocessors and separate matrices.
