Juni 2013 findet das 5. Kolloquium der Reihe „Digital Humanities am DHIP“ statt, gemeinsam organisiert vom Deutschen Historischen Institut Paris mit “<a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20211130015248/http://www.lisa.gerda-henkel-stiftung.de/blog.php?nav_id=665" target="_blank">L.I.S.A. – das Wissenschaftsportal der Gerda Henkel Stiftung</a>” und unter Mitarbeit des <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20211130015248/http://cleo.cnrs.fr/" target="_blank">Centre pour l’édition électronique ouvert</a> (Cléo). Auf der diesjährigen international besetzten Tagung geht es um die Auswirkungen der derzeitigen digitalen Veränderungen auf die Forschungsbedingungen und insbesondere um die Frage, welche Konsequenzen sich daraus für den Nachwuchs in den Geisteswissenschaften ergeben. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Themen Ausbildung und Karriere, Anerkennung wissenschaftlicher Leistungen, Qualitätssicherung und Evaluierung sowie neuer digitale Formen der Wissenschaft. Die Tagung wird mit einer Keynote von Christian Jacob eröffnet. Anschließend gibt es vier Panels:</p> <p><strong>Panel I: Wie verändert sich derzeit unsere Forschungs- und Wissenschaftskultur?</strong><br/> (mit <del>Edward Vanhoutte</del>, Dominique Bouiller und Arianna Ciula)</p> <p><strong>Panel II: Universitäre Ausbildung: Welche neuen Kompetenzen sind erforderlich?</strong><br/> (mit Malte Rehbein und Jean-Michel Salaün)</p> <p><strong>Panel III: Evaluierung und Qualitätssicherung in den Digital Humanities</strong><br/> (mit Milena Žic-Fuchs und Denise Pumain)</p> <p><strong>Panel IV: Karriere, Finanzierung und akademische Anerkennung der Leistungen in den Digital Humanities</strong><br/> (mit Claudine Moulin und Pascal Arnaud)</p> <p>Mit diesem Aufruf zur Blogparade soll der gesamten wissenschaftlichen Community die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, sich kollektiv und öffentlich an der Vorbereitung des Kolloquiums zu beteiligen.</p> <p>Eingereicht werden können einzeln oder kollektiv erstellte Beiträge zu den oben genannten Themen, die in Blogs, auf Pads oder Wikis veröffentlicht wurden, sowie relevante Texte oder Quellensammlungen bei Zotero, Diigo, Tumblr oder Storify usw., audio-visuelle Beiträge, Zeichnungen, Podcasts, Interviews etc. – jedes Format, dass zu einer öffentlichen Diskussion beitragen kann, ist willkommen!</p> <p>Teilnahmebedingung ist, dass es sich um einen öffentlichen Beitrag handelt, der mit dem Hashtag #dhiha5 versehen ist. Damit ein Beitrag berücksichtigt werden kann, bitten wir Sie, ihn unter diesen Artikel als Kommentar zu posten. Wer selbst kein eigenes Blog hat, kann seine Beiträge per Mail zur Veröffentlichung in unserem Blog einsenden (Kontaktdaten siehe unten). Ein öffentlich zugängliches Twitterarchiv für den hashtag #dhiha5 ist eingerichtet.</p> <p>Alle Beiträge werden von einer Gruppe deutscher und französischer Nachwuchswissenschaftler/innen zusammengefasst und zu Beginn der einzelnen Panels des Kolloquiums vorgestellt. Die Vortragenden werden gebeten, auf die Beiträge zu reagieren. Und die Überlegung stand im Raum: führen wir diesen Blog weiter?<br/> Es ist die Verpflichtung, die uns zögern lässt. Nicht, dass ich mich scheue vor Verpflichtung, eher weil ich zu viele davon habe. Ich führe einen Blog für meinen Verein Mut ist Alles e.V. und poste relativ häufig neue Einträge. “Dran bleiben” ist ja gewissermaßen die Regel.<br/> Die Frage, ob das jemand liest stelle ich mir auch häufig. Aber erfahrungsgemäß ist hier Facebook und Twitter ein super Instrument zur Verbreitung.<br/> Ehrlich gestanden ist ein Punkt, der mich zögern lässt ein DH Blog zu schreiben auch das sogenannte “aber ich bin doch gar nicht gut genug” Syndrom, obwohl ich bereits für Zeitungen geschrieben habe.<br/> Mehr Selbstvertrauen?<br/> Da ich ja gewissermaßen auch zum Nachwuchs gehöre, vielleicht noch ein paar Worte zum Thema “Blog Seminare”. Ich würde es unglaublich toll finden, wenn zu Seminaren, die an der Universität stattfinden parallel Diskussionen auf einem Blog geführt werden würden. Ich denke jedoch, es würde wahrscheinlich am Engagement scheitern. Ich glaube dies ist eine Frage des Interesses. Und wie ich das Studentenleben wahrnehme ist es oft eine ECTS-Rennerei, schade – sehr schade – wie ich finde. Also verpflichtend? Mh…ich bezweifle, dass verpflichtend hilfreich ist, denn irgendwie lebt ein Blog ja von freien Gedanken.<br/> Jedenfalls ist dies eine Frage, über die ich noch weiter nachdenken werde.<br/> Ich denke, dass ein Blog auch eine tolle Unterstützung für Studierende wäre. Eben das gegenseitige Lernen.<br/> Wir in Würzburg haben eine Digital Humanities Facebook Gruppe, in der sehr reger Betrieb ist. Facebook funktioniert hier irgendwie besser. Wir tauschen uns aus, stellen Fragen – ein tolles Instrument, aber nur für den Moment.
