<p>推进产业兴旺是实施乡村振兴战略的首要任务,以2020—2022年中国乡村特色产业产值超十亿元镇和超亿元村为研究对象,运用最近邻指数法、核密度估计法、空间自相关分析法、熵值法、地理探测器等方法,分析乡村特色产业村镇的时空格局演化特征及影响因素。结果表明:乡村特色产业村镇在空间上呈过度集聚,并呈现“东南密西北疏”“西冷东热”的分布态势;乡村特色产业村镇空间分布格局受人口数量、交通运输能力的影响显著,受土地资源的影响较弱;影响因素的交互探测结果呈双因子增强或非线性增强,其中人口数量与经济发展水平的交互影响最强。</p> class="white_content"> <p>随着乡村振兴战略的逐步实施,中国乡村建设已进入新发展阶段,从韧性视角评估乡村发展状态,有利于推进乡村可持续发展。以浙江省为例,基于压力-状态-响应(pressure-state-response,PSR)模型,构建乡村韧性评价指标体系,对全省1 155个乡镇(街道)单元进行韧性评价,揭示东部沿海地区乡村韧性空间格局。结果表明:(1)乡村韧性具有较明显的空间分异特征,综合韧性水平呈由浙北、浙东沿海地区向浙南、浙西地区逐渐减弱的趋势,并在浙中地区出现小范围中高值集聚区。(2)乡村韧性具有较强的正向空间自相关性,环杭州湾城市群热点区域均呈现显著的集聚特征,浙西、浙南地区冷点区域和次冷点区域呈现较大范围的显著集聚格局。(3)基于乡村韧性空间分异格局和聚类分析结果,提出浙江省乡村韧性空间圈层引导及差异化的乡村韧性水平提升策略,以实现乡村振兴和乡村可持续发展目标。</p> class="white_content"> <p>从淘宝电商经济、乡村经济环境、电商经济支撑、电商服务保障4个维度构建指标体系,运用综合评价法、探索性空间数据分析(exploring spatial data analysis,ESDA)法,从省、市、县、乡镇4种尺度对浙江省农村电商发展水平的时空分异规律进行探索,并运用空间回归分析法进行影响因素分析。研究表明:(1)从省域尺度看,浙江省农村电商水平处于全国第一梯队且引领示范作用明显,在时间上表现为“快-稳-快”的增长趋势。江浙沪区域,在空间上与周边沿海城市产生了“近朱者赤”的高-高集聚效果。(2)从市域尺度看,高水平区主要分布在杭州市、宁波市、嘉兴市、台州市和温州市,并在沿海地区形成正向集聚,金华市、绍兴市和湖州市集聚效应相对不高,靠近江西省的外围区城市发展水平相对较低。(3)从县域尺度看,高水平区主要分布在两处,一处是以杭州市、宁波市、义乌市为支点的中北部区域,另一处是在以温州市、台州市为支撑的东南部集聚片区。低水平区主要分布在浙西南地区并产生了低值集聚效应,形成塌陷区。(4)从乡镇尺度看,淘宝村集聚区与市域、县域尺度类似,主要分布在浙中北地区和浙东南沿海一带,内部的专业化组织、临近扩散效应明显,而在浙西、浙西南外围区发育不佳。高、较高水平淘宝村在浙北、浙中、浙东南地区分别形成了以五金电器、小家电和服装皮草业为核心的“一主两副”3个核心区。(5)从影响因素看,市、县尺度均表现为创新人才、经济支撑等指标的正向影响和工业水平的负向影响突出,县域尺度主要受工业和批发零售业共同作用,乡镇尺度下淘宝村的集聚水平与成长基础更具解释性。</p> class="white_content"> <p>在石料开采过程中,凝灰岩会产生巨量伴生性废弃石粉,影响矿山的绿色可持续发展。为探讨废弃凝灰岩石粉的资源化利用途径,以石粉为基础,辅以不同配比的贻贝壳、生物炭、腐殖酸等,制备了凝灰岩石粉基调理剂。采用单因素控制法对植物和土壤进行对比试验,探究不同配比调理剂对土壤理化性质及小白菜生长发育的影响。结果显示:纯石粉可调节土壤pH,但添加过多(≥200 g)不利于土壤有机质及氮、磷的释放,同时,纯石粉会促进土壤的钠吸附比和交换性钠增加,加重土壤盐害。凝灰岩石粉基调理剂可有效弥补纯石粉的不足,相较对照组(CK),水解性氮、速效钾质量浓度分别提高了41.15%,10.44%,不同配比土壤调理剂中pH改良效果较好组可使其降低约0.66;同时本调理剂对作物生长也有明显促进作用,小白菜的株高较CK最多可提升35.59%。综合土壤理化指标和作物生长指标,确定纯石粉最适添加量为50 g,凝灰岩石粉基调理剂最佳配方为50 g石粉+3 g碳化后贻贝壳+10 g粗贻贝壳+5 g生物炭+5 g腐殖酸。凝灰岩石粉基调理剂的研发可为滨海盐碱地的改良提供新思路,为废弃石粉的资源化利用提供新途径。</p> </div> <!-- <span class="txt_zhaiyao3"> <a class="txt_zhaiyao3" target="_blank" network,PINN)是求解偏微分方程及方程组的有效工具。数值结果证明了用PINN算法求解1+1维KdV-mKdV方程的可靠性,且求解精度较传统数值算法高,但求解精度过度依赖于训练点数,且易出现大梯度变弱的问题。为此,基于梯度增强思想提出了一种改进的PINN算法,即梯度增强物理信息神经网络(gradient-enhanced physics-informed neural <p>一阶逻辑自动定理证明是人工智能领域重要的研究分支,其中子句选择策略对于提升定理证明能力具有重要作用。多元矛盾体分离演绎具有许多良好的演绎特性。为更好地指导多元演绎中的子句选择,提出了一种策略动态组合优化多元演绎方法,通过将子句文字数大小和函数项深度进行动态组合并迭代优化,在充分发掘现有多元演绎启发式策略的同时,提升策略应对不同问题的自适应性,实现多元演绎中的子句高效选择。基于该方法给出了相应的算法实现,根据不同问题的演绎过程动态调整子句的选择策略,提升了多元演绎的定理证明能力。同时,将该算法应用于国际先进的证明器Eprover 2.6,形成了改进的证明器SDCO_E,进一步通过2组实验评估SDCO_E的性能。实验1用2021—2023年国际一阶逻辑自动定理证明器竞赛组的共1 500个问题进行测试,结果表明,SDCO_E比Eprover redundancy,MRMR)算法对元素重要性进行排序,并利用最近邻(<i>K</i>-nearest <p>城市韧性建设和绿色发展已成为资源型城市转型发展的重要方向。以黄河流域资源型城市为研究对象,通过构建城市韧性水平与绿色发展效率的耦合机理,利用物理学耦合模型,定量测度了2009—2019年40个资源型城市的韧性水平与绿色发展效率耦合协调的时空格局;通过构建随机效应面板Tobit模型,探究黄河流域资源型城市韧性水平与绿色发展效率耦合的影响因素。研究发现:(1)黄河流域资源型城市韧性建设成效显著,呈稳步增长态势;绿色发展效率随时间呈“W”形波动增长态势,但总体增长效率不显著。(2)两者耦合度均值在[0.7,0.8]内波动,呈现较高的耦合关系;耦合协调度随时间呈稳步提升态势,从“濒临失调阶段”逐步过渡到“良好协调阶段”。(3)城市韧性水平、绿色发展效率,以及两者间的耦合度和耦合协调度的空间异质性具有一致性,即中下游资源型城市强于上游。(4)政府能力、教育投入和人口规模对耦合协调度的影响存在较显著的空间异质性,而基础设施、产业结构和环境规制的影响具有空间同质性。</p> class="white_content"> <p>随着我国核电发展的加快,核电生态环境问题逐步受到关注。目前我国在运核电厂均采用海水直流冷却方式,取排水构筑物的建设对周边水动力及冲淤环境造成一定影响。通过比较我国部分核电厂取排水方式发现,暗涵排水方案对周边水动力及冲淤环境影响较小,在涨、落潮南北方向±200 m、东西方向±100 m范围内,平均流速变化仅为0.01 m·s<sup>-1</sup>;在距离排水口中心200 m的范围内,冲刷深度超过0.3 m。垂直岸取水方案对周边水动力及冲淤环境影响相对较大,平均流速变化0.05 m·s<sup>-1</sup>的最远距离可达约2.4 km,取水明渠两侧淤积厚度大多在0.2~1.0 m。除海工构筑物对水动力和冲淤环境有一定影响外,核电厂运行对周边海洋生态环境的影响主要为取水卷塞及卷载效应、温排水和余氯的排放。建议在核电厂设计阶段综合考虑优化取排水方案,在优先保障核电安全的基础上尽量降低对海洋生态环境的影响,推进核电产业与海洋生态保护协同发展。</p> </div> <!-- <span class="txt_zhaiyao3"> <a class="txt_zhaiyao3"
