Důležité je rozvrhnout si, kdy budete jíst a jakým způsobem. Ze začátku si své jídelníčky budete muset dopředu promyslet, a to především proto, abyste věděli, co nakoupit a co nekupovat. Někdo vaří na několik dní dopředu, někdo spíš nárazově a takzvané rychlovky. Někdo je zvyklý na <a data-dot="atm-link" target="_blank" href="https://www.prozeny.cz/clanek/kolik-porci-denne-jist-abyste-zhubli-77955" class="b_as"><span class="b_s">pět jídel denně</span></a> a někdo na tři. Je dobré přizpůsobit si tento proces tak, aby vám seděl. Pokud vás například večer <a data-dot="atm-link" target="_blank" href="https://www.prozeny.cz/clanek/honi-vas-mlsna-pridejte-bilkoviny-a-lasku-76183" class="b_as"><span class="b_s">přepadne chuť na sladké</span></a>, znamená to, že jste se dostatečně nenasytili přes den a nebo jste nejedli vyváženě. Pokud máte problémy se zažíváním, můžete mít nedostatek vlákniny. Všímejte si také, kdy jste unavení, možná jste dali tělu rychlé cukry,<span class="b_s"> </span>které jste brzy spotřebovali nebo uložili a po dvou hodinách jste opět bez energie. Pokud jste podráždění a bolí vás hlava, mohou vám naopak sacharidy chybět.</span></p></div><h2 class="b_eD b_aR d_eD speakable">8. Zpočátku si zapisujte</h2><div class="d_aV speakable" data-dot="mol-paragraph"><p class="b_aV"><span class="atm-text-decorator">Možná to působí banálně, ale zapisovat si svůj příjem a sestavovat jídelníčky (na papír či v aplikaci) vám může v začátku hubnutí významně pomoci, abyste monitorovali, kde děláte chyby a kdy máte hlad. Jestli jste <a data-dot="atm-link" target="_blank" href="https://www.prozeny.cz/clanek/tipy-na-rychle-a-zdrave-svaciny-po-kterych-nepriberete-79476" class="b_as"><span class="b_s">zvyklí na svačiny</span></a>, navrhněte si nejdřív hlavní jídla, abyste věděli, zda dát svačiny spíše sacharidové nebo bílkovinné či přidat na tuku. Časem si už skladbu jídelníčku osvojíte a zapisovat si nebudete. Z dlouhodobého hlediska je vhodné od zapisování postupně upouštět, abyste se nestali na počítání „závislí“ a nenarušili si tím svůj vztah k jídlu.</span></p></div><h2 class="b_eD b_aR d_eD speakable">9. Hýbejte se</h2><div class="d_aV speakable" data-dot="mol-paragraph"><p class="b_aV"><span class="atm-text-decorator">Aktivní pohyb je základ. Není sice součástí jídelníčku, ale úzce s ním souvisí energetický výdej i příjem. Měl by být stejně důležitý jako to, co jíte.
