If deadline is over then you can contact respective conference secretary for submission of your abstract.</p> <h4>What Is Included In The Cost Of My Registration?</h4> <p class="cl">The conference fee includes Participation in the technical program, Participation ID and Certificate, Publication of your abstract on our conference proceedings e-book, Coffee/Tea breaks and Lunch.</p> <h4>Are Meals Included With My Registration?</h4> <p class="cl">The registration includes coffee/tea breaks and lunch.</p> <h4>Can I See What Sessions Will Be Presented Before I Arrive On Site?</h4> <p class="cl">The detailed Conference Program will be emailed to all registered participants one week before the conference.</p> <h4>Who Can Attend The Welcome Reception?</h4> <p class="cl">We do not host welcome receptions at the moment.</p> <h4>What Are Different Methods Of Presentation?</h4> <ul> <li class="pt-0 cl"><b> Oral Presentation:</b> You can present your paper orally at the conference venue.</li> <li class="pt-0 cl"><b> Poster Presentation:</b> You can present your paper through a poster you have designed. Poster boards will be provided to display poster presentation materials.</li> <li class="pt-0 cl"><b> Virtual Presentation:</b> You can present, network and discuss your work at the live-stream virtual session without attending the conference in person.</li> </ul> <h4>Are You Involved In Applying For Visa?</h4> <p class="cl">We are not authorized to assist with the visa process. The Organizer only provides the participant with a Letter of Invitation.</p> <h4>When Can I Receive The Invitation Letter?</h4> <p class="cl">You can request a letter of invitation during the online registration process. Please note that the letter of invitation will only state that you are invited to attend the conference. We cannot include information about your passport or any other unverifiable data. A letter of invitation will only be provided once you have registered for the conference and your payment has cleared. The letter will be sent by email as a pdf document only.</p> <h4>Will The Papers Publish In Indexed Journals?</h4> <p class="cl">Some of the journals are free of charge and some require additional costs.</p> <h4>How Can I Present My Paper Virtually?</h4> <p class="cl">If you wish to attend as a Virtual presenter, you need to first submit your Abstract. It will be evaluated by the Conference Scientific Committee. After receiving the Abstract Review Result, you need to register and pay the registration fee. For virtual presentation, it is highly recommended to present the paper via PowerPoint slides. You will receive the Webinar invitation link a few days before the conference.</p> <h4>When Should I Load Up My Presentation On Site?</h4> <p class="cl">Presentations should be uploaded a minimum of 30 minutes before start of the session. Please load your presentation from your memory stick/USB/Flash drive on to the laptop provided for presentations.</p> <h4>Can I Give My Presentation From My Own Laptop?</h4> <p class="cl">All presentations must be uploaded in advance so it will not be possible to use your own laptop.</p> <h4>My Poster Abstract Has Been Accepted. Do I Need To Send My Poster In Advance?</h4> <p class="cl">No, please do not send your poster in advance as the conference staff are unable to transport it for you.
