class="xqIntro"><div><p>说点实在的，也是帮朋友看的房，这个小区交通便利，距离B2,B22等到市区，火车站也不远，距离高架开车五分钟，周围有妇幼，第一医院，关于学校有觅小分校，北郊中学，位置那是相当近了，但是这里说一下，位置近并不代表就能上，这也是xx特色，周边商业配套目前基本没有，有几个小商店支撑，也不要太较真，能够满足日常生活，这里离常州最大的农贸水果批发市场很近，关于后期的商业，距离不远的雨润城就有，还有就是檀香湾的配套商场和公寓已经开始打桩，具体规划啥样还有待观察。周边的道路已经整改结束开始大面积绿植种植，该小区两面环河也算干净。关于价格，没啥水平也不晓得，周边的觅小学区房，毛坯在1.4w+了。这个楼盘开盘我也会去帮朋友看看的，他人在浙江外地，如果价格能接受会果断联系他出手，如果太高了，也只好作罢，毕竟工薪一族，手头有限。我随手一写，您也随便一看，若与现场不符指出还请见谅，最后说一句适合自己的才是最好的....各位大哥，江湖见!</p></div></div><a
