Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics. Special-session proposals should be submitted by the prospective organizer(s) who will commit to promoting and handling the review process of their special session as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the event.</p> <p align="justify">Prospective organizers of Special Sessions for ICPEES 2025 are invited to submit their proposals by sending an email to info@icpees.org. Proposals must have been received by the deadline of Oct. 20, 2024 for consideration. The proposals should include the following information:<br data-filtered="filtered"> <br data-filtered="filtered"> -- title of the proposed Special Technical Session<br data-filtered="filtered"> <br data-filtered="filtered"> -- short description (less than 300 words) of the topic<br data-filtered="filtered"> <br data-filtered="filtered"> -- a list of all talks, speakers, and co-authors (in each associated paper). Each Special Session should contain a minimum of 5 accepted papers.<br data-filtered="filtered"> <br data-filtered="filtered"> -- session organizer(s) name(s), affiliation(s), short biography and contact information (including email addresses).</p> <p align="justify">Special session proposals will be evaluated upon submission based on the timeliness of the topic, its uniqueness, and qualifications of the proposers.
