(CPI), which publishes <em>Cascade Business News</em> (Central Oregon鈥檚 bi-weekly business newspaper), <em>Cascade Arts & Entertainment</em> (Central Oregon鈥檚 monthly arts and culture magazine) and聽was co-owner of Cascadia Magazine Company which publishes <em>Sunriver Magazine</em>.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Pamela launched <em>Cascade Business News</em> in Bend in 1993 and in 2000 it was awarded the Oregon鈥檚 small business of the year honor. <em>Cascade Arts & Entertainment</em> received the Central Oregon Arts Association鈥檚 business of the year award in 1998. In 2006 CPI received an Austin Family Excellence in Family Business award.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Pamela鈥檚 expertise included nearly 25 years of hands-on experience of designing, marketing, writing and publishing for numerous aspects of the community.聽 She had successfully managed and grown her own small business, CPI, since 1993. The company has more than doubled in size and revenues over the past 15+years.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Pamela served on the Oregon Cultural Trust Commission and the Oregon Children鈥檚 Foundation and was previously a commissioner of the Oregon Economic Development Commission. She was a past president of the board of directors of the Deschutes United Way and was the campaign chair for the United Way鈥檚 fiftieth anniversary and its first million dollar successful campaign. She received the Redmond Chamber award for leadership in 2002.
