It is a form considered by Heidegger himself and worked on since the beginning of his thinking in fundamental ontology, although projected epochally in ontohistorical thought. What we find around the treatment of the affective thing is an indirectly proportional relation: to the intentional dependence still corresponds a cognitive determination; whereas to the affective independence of the subjective states this possibility is forbidden. It is not wrong to indicate that the irruption of phenomenology, initially through its founder Edmund Husserl, will open ways to think radically about the affective sphere. The continuous domain organizes the space of meaning as strength field and a gradient polarization. In contrast the discrete domain organizes the space of meaning as an articulation of pragmatic meaningful and differential units. These units on Sein und Zeit don´t identify with the language. So the continuous and the discrete can be reinterpreted as strength and mean-ing. Ello para sostener que la postura de este autor intenta sostener que es por medio de la afectividad que queda el rastro de lo fuera del lenguaje en el lenguaje. Con esto Richir pretende sostener un punto de vista desde el cual comprender la trascendencia en la fenomenología. Para esto, en primer lugar se examina-rá la noción de afectividad desde el punto de vista tradicional que ha abordado la filoso-fía. Luego serán abordados los puntos de vista de Husserl sobre el afecto como represen-tación intencional, lo que será complementado a partir del análisis de la Stimmung en Sein und Zeit de Heidegger que abre la posibilidad de una lectura tras-cendental del afecto. Esto permitirá ver en qué aspectos Richir se vincula y se distancia críticamente de la fenomenología. Finalmente el artículo aborda la vinculación original que el autor hace entre afecto, temporalización/espacialización y lenguaje mostrando que el lenguaje tiene una apertura fuera del lenguaje: el afecto, que permite romper con el nominalismo y, así, conferirle su densidad y su carne al lenguaje. El artículo cierra soste-niendo la necesidad de desarrollar una fenomenología fuera del lenguaje. Abstract The article discusses the joint between language as phenomenon and the outside of phenomenal language in the phenomenology developed by Marc Richir in his work Médita-tions phénoménologiques. I show that the position of this author try to state that, through the affectiveness, remains a trace of the outside of language in the language. In this way, Richir presents a standpoint from which understand the transcendence in the phenome-nology. For this, first I examine the notion of affectiveness from the traditional standpoint , which the philosophy has discussed. Then, I explain the thoughts of Husserl on the affect as intentional representation, what is complemented with the results of the analysis of the notion of Stimmung in Heidegger's Sein und Zeit, which makes possible a tran-scendental interpretation of the affect. Lo que se intenta aquí es señalar esos presupuestos ontológico-existenciales que indicara acertadamente el filósofo alemán en su momento. El avance que se presenta hace parte del proyecto de investigación “Ontología en América Latina” que lidera el Grupo de Investigación Tlamatinime. La primera parte tiene como objetivo fijar cuatro lineamientos que estructuran la propuesta de una hermenéutica existencial: 1. La disposición afectiva como afectación y responsabilidad. 2. El comprender afectivo. 3. El comprender como interpretación. 4. El sentido.
