He had been in active-duty military service since 1993 and worked in transportation.</p> <p>Ferguson served two tours in Kuwait and one each in Iraq and Afghanistan.</p> <p><strong>Staff Sgt. Carlos A. Lazaney-Rodriguez</strong>, 38, was from Puerto Rico. A year after a hacker revealed some of his works-in-progress, Bush had his first real art show Friday at the George W. One requires abortion doctors to receive <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20140407072657/http://kut.org/post/what-it-takes-texas-abortion-doctors-get-admitting-privileges">admitting privileges</a> at a hospital 30 miles from the clinic. The other requires doctors to follow an <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20140407072657/http://kut.org/post/what-fda-drug-guidelines-say-texas-new-abortion-law">FDA label</a> for medically-induced abortions, which requires more face-to-face visits with a physician.</p> <p>The court found both constitutional, overturning a lower court decision. Think about what that means for Mexican food alone: limes are used in practically everything, from margaritas to ceviche to guacamole.</p> <p>Last week, the rising price of limes became personal for this reporter.</p> <p>I stopped by La Moreliana, a small eatery in southeast Austin that serves up authentic tacos.
