שמרה השבת את ישראל</h2> <p>המדרש: <span class="has-inline-color has-black-color"><strong>מתנה טובה נתן אלוהים לאדם ואיזו היא? שבת.</strong></span></p> <p>אולם מה מיוחד כ"כ בשבת שהפכה להיות לא רק הסמל של העם היהודי אלא אחת מהמתנות הגדולות שהעניק לאנושות?</p> <p>לכאורה כולנו יודעים מה זאת שבת, כבר ביום שישי אפשר להרגיש בקצב אחר. יש כאלה שהולכים לישון בצהריים כדי להישאר ערים לחגיגות הלילה ויש כאלה שממהרים לגמור לבשל ולנקות לפני שידליקו נרות ויכנסו לזמן אחר.</p> <p>כל אדם והשבת שלו, יום מיוחד בו חיים אחרת.</p> <p>ובכל אופן גנוזים בשבת רעיונות לאומים ואוניברסליים שניתנו לכולנו כשי. אז מה מיוחד בשבת?</p> <p>שבת היא האפשרות שלנו לחוות ליום אחד חיים אחרים, יום שהוא כולו…</p> <ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>יום של מנוחה</strong>: בספר בראשית מספרים לנו כי ביום השביעי נח אלוהים מכל מלאכתו אשר עשה. אבל מה מיוחד בכך? לנוח כולנו אוהבים ודאי אך כאן המנוחה היא ערך בו גלומה האפשרות להתנקות מכל המעשים והמחשבות הרגילות כדי לפנות מקום לדברים אחרים ולשבוע חדש.</li></ul> <ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>יום של שביתה ממלאכה: </strong>האיסור המרכזי שצוונו עליו בשבת הוא לשבות מכל מלאכה: <br>"וְיוֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִי שַׁבָּת לַיהוָה אֱלהֶיךָ לא תַעֲשֶׂה כָל מְלָאכָה אַתָּה וּבִנְךָ וּבִתֶּךָ עַבְדְּךָ וַאֲמָתְךָ וּבְהֶמְתֶּךָ וְגֵרְךָ אֲשֶׁר בִּשְׁעָרֶיךָ:" ההפסקה מהמלאכה נותנת לנו זמן לחשוב על מעשינו, להתבונן בחיינו, ולחשוב מה אנחנו אוהבים ומה לא, ואולי לשנות בשבוע הבא.</li></ul> <ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>יום של קהילה ומשפחה:</strong> כל יום המשפחה עסוקה, איש איש בשלו, ההורים בעבודה והילדים בלימודים או עם חברים, מעטים הם הזמנים למפגש. בשבת סביב השולחן או סתם על הספה נפגשים בני המשפחה ומשתפים בחוויות ובסיפורים. יש גם זמן להיפגש עם חברים בבית או בבית הכנסת או במקומות אחרים.<br></li></ul> <ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>יום של אחדות לאומית</strong><span class="has-inline-color has-black-color">:</span> כאשר כל העם נח באותו יום, האוירה בכל המדינה משתנה, הכבישים מתרוקנים, הקצב מואט, יש פחות רעשים, ויש אחדות מסוימת בעולמם של האנשים ברמת העם ולא רק ברמת הפרט.</li></ul> <ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>יום שכולו מוקדש לרוח ולנשמה:</strong> כאשר לא עובדים ולא עוסקים רק בחיי החומר יש זמן גם לדברים שברוח, לקרוא ספרות, לשמוע מוזיקה, לחשוב מחשבות אחרות, לחלום חלומות, וגם … ללמוד תורה. במקרא נאמר לנו: "וְאַתָּה דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לֵאמֹר אַךְ אֶת שַׁבְּתֹתַי תִּשְׁמֹרוּ כִּי אוֹת הִוא בֵּינִי וּבֵינֵיכֶם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם לָדַעַת כִּי אֲנִי יְהֹוָה מְקַדִּשְׁכֶם:" (שמות לא'), שבת הוא היום שמחבר בין האדם לאלוהים, ע"י החיבור לקדושה , לרוח, ולנשמה.</li></ul> <ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong style="color:
