The forum was hosted by Deng Xiaoyu, Founder of MDCE. Keynote speakers included Pan Lizi, Researcher of Institute of Medical Information; Jin Xiangdan, Director of the Medical Device Big Data and Compliance Strategy Center; Dennis Wilkens, Director Chinaof Germany Trade & Invest; Xu Jun, chief representative of NRW.
