是青田石雕支流，远在唐代就有艺人从事于石雕，镂刻印章、朝珠、如意、香炉、器皿和房屋建筑饰品。石雕艺人善于运用石块不同颜色和不同形状，利用传统搂空、园雕、浮雕、浅刻等手法, 雕琢出山水、人物、花卉、禽兽，少量专供欣赏，多数作花瓶、台灯、烟嘴、笔洗、墨盒、砚盖、印章、书夹、扇坠等工艺品与日用品。名艺人潘雨辰，擅长青田石雕，所作《罗盛教》、《铁骑奔腾》、《幸福时代儿童》由国内外有关部门收藏。林岩福运用立体镂空山水技法，创作石雕佳品《吴越王射潮》、《雁荡山》。</P><P>金版画<BR> 是指在圆木家具（如花鼓桶、六格盒、斗、升、洗脚盂等）上所做的独特的画，这种画要经过涂画、贴金、刻画、上漆等四道工序才能完成，其中“贴金”、“刻画”为要着，非技术精通者莫能掌握。金版画近似漆画，但它比漆画更富丽，层次更丰富。</P><P>细纹剪纸<BR> 又名细纹刻纸，流行于乐清。最初多应用于龙船灯或窗棂装饰，后妇女用它作绣花底图，绣成帽花、鞋花、肚花、肚兜花，故又称剪花。这种细纹刻纸，构图隽秀优美，刀法精妙人微。景细线纹阔度只有一毫米，1公分阔度薄纸能刻22刀，每刀间隔不到半毫米，细如发丝；且疏密有致，和谐美观。建国后，细纹刻纸在继承传统基础上，又有创新，图案内容花鸟、人物兼备，其代表作细纹《花乌》《军民鱼水情》、《课余》、《纺织姑娘》等先后在国内外展出，影响广泛。陈朝芬《八角双鱼》1956年获国际奖金，张侯光剪纸1987年全国剪纸大奖赛中获一等奖。</P><P>温州彩石镶嵌<BR> 系石雕和木雕相结合工艺美术。光绪八年（1882），永嘉老艺人潘阿明开始用青田彩石片镶嵌在红木和花梨木上，以后，艺人不断革新创造，除作挂镜、小屏工艺品外，还增加对联、挂屏、立地屏风、箱拒等。民国9年（1920）销往南洋群岛一带，还参加日本东京国际展览会。建国后，温州艺雕厂老艺人王培珍、吴振德等人创作《中国古代八大发明家》彩石镶嵌，陈列于北京人民大会堂。金继锐创作《乐寿元疆》（彩石地插屏），送新加坡亚大地区傅览会展出。</P><P>凤尾鱼<BR> 俗称“子鲚 ”，又称“鲚鱼”，属名贵的经济鱼类。它是温州的著名特产，是下饭佐酒的佳品。因其尾部分叉，短呈红色，尖细窄长，犹如凤尾，故称。温州历代相传，有“雁荡美酒茶山梅，江心寺后凤尾鱼”之说。每年三月，生活在浅海的凤尾鱼，就溯江而上，群集到江心孤屿四周的江面上。近郊渔民们便驾着子鲚船，撤网捕鱼。最多的是在江心寺后面的江中。此鱼腹内多子，肉质细嫩，可以煮吃，但民间多用油煎，吃起来又香又脆，鲜美可口。相传南宋状元王十朋（乐清人），曾在江心孤屿读书。因他勤奋好学，感动了东海龙王，特地送这种叫“子鲚”的鱼给他吃。“一袋凤尾鱼，万里思乡情”。温州侨乡的一些眷属，每逢凤尾鱼上市，就将它晾得半干，佐以茴香、姜椒、茶叶和食糖，然后将鱼泡熟，放在小竹篮上烘干，精制成鱼干，风味鲜美，香而又脆，寄给在海外的亲友，让他们分享家乡的温暖与馨香。侨胞们感动地称故乡凤尾鱼为“香（乡）鱼”。</P><P>梭子蟹<BR> 形如梭子，又称“江蟹”，东南各地不仅海岸线长，而且海面辽阔，梭子蟹资源丰富，每当秋菊盛开，蟹肥膏满，正是食蟹的好时节。蟹肉细嫩、鲜美，含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖类以及维生素A等成分，无论鲜食、腌食、佐酒下饭，都十分可口，经过厨师的巧手，还可以制作“芙蓉蝤蛑”等四十多种佳肴。近年来一些产地将鲜活的梭子蟹进行加工冷冻出口或采用“活蟹笼养”。在起运时，先将梭子蟹进行技术处理，使它处于冬眠状态，运抵外地或国外后，再使睡蟹复苏，从而保持了新鲜梭于蟹的美味。</P><P>瓯绣<BR> 是我国六大名绣之一，又称画帘。制作者将毛竹刮去青皮，通过分层开片，煮熟抽丝，编织成竹帘，然后用颜料或彩线在上面制成花鸟、山水、人物等作品。始于唐宋，兴盛于明清。清咸丰三年（1853），温州设有专业绣铺。光绪年间，匝绣销往欧美与南洋各地。民国5年（1916）温州设立刺绣局，温州城区府前街、五马街、打锣桥等处，均设有刺绣社。早期工艺美术家蔡墨笑、金静芝的刺绣作品，曾在巴拿马、加拿大和美国展出。建国后，城区成立温州市刺绣社，广罗人才，扩大生产，具一定规模。瓯绣构图精巧，针法严谨，富有地方特色。1979年，温州匝绣厂职工用彩色丝线100多种，针法20多种，绣成高1米、宽4米巨幅绣品《红楼梦？十二金钗图》，造型生动，堪称瓯绣代表作。在香港展出时，观众踊跃。魏敬先的《白石老人》素描绣，获中国工艺美术百花奖、优秀创作奖。人像发绣《孙中山》、《张大千》、《英国女王伊丽莎白二世》，参加在台湾举办的千年中国文物展。</P><P>绣花<BR> 明末，温州乡间妇女在羽沙布上用十字针法挑绣出图案花纹，称之为十字花边，俗称挑花。工艺品甚富乡土气息，多数作品精致美观，常作家具装饰品。远在19世纪，即远销意大利、已西、瑞士、比利时等国。建国后，十字花边吸取百绣之长，不断创新，并结合绣、缕、贴、嵌，迭出新意，花色品种发展到2000多个，畅销90多个国家和地区。</P><P>石斑鱼<BR> 是一种名贵的经济鱼。它喜栖于岩礁底层海域，每年进行深浅回游，以甲壳类和小鱼虾为食。东南沿海岛屿众多，礁石丛生，为石斑鱼生长提供了良好的环境。这种鱼体形优美，皮色鲜艳，肉质肥嫩，营养丰富，闻名港澳，远销日本，列为上等名菜，食法一般清蒸、油煎、红烧均可。</P><P>鲥鱼<BR> 为一种回游性鱼类，每年立夏前后，溯江而上，在东南沿海港湾处排卵繁殖，产卵后即返回大海。这里所产的鲥鱼丰硕肥大，脂肪丰厚，肉质细嫩，食味鲜美可口，尤其是鲥鱼眼圈边两块软骨，更是香脆异常，烹制方法以带鳞清蒸为好，也可煎、烧、烤食，民间有立夏节吃鲥鱼的习俗，据传，立夏节后，鲥鱼骨硬不好吃。如节前送鲥鱼给人，一定簪上香花。</P><P>黄杨木雕<BR> 黄杨木雕、檀香木雕、樟木雕、枣木雕、唐梨木雕等等，通称木雕。其中当推黄杨木雕为重。温州的黄杨木雕创始于宋、元，流行于明、清，与东阳木雕、青田石雕齐称“浙江三雕”。乐清木雕门类齐全，在秉承传统、保持黄杨木雕的原有风格和神韵的基础上，大胆突破，推陈出新，已由“单体雕”发展到“拼雕”“群雕”，由普通“圆雕”发展到“劈雕”、“根雕”，技艺更趋精湛，作品更臻完善。</P><P>雁荡毛峰茶<BR> 产于浙江省乐清市境内的雁荡山，属半烘青绿茶中的名茶。雁荡山为括苍山支脉，以山水奇秀闻名，素有“海上名山、天下奇秀”的美誉，是首批国家级重点风景名胜区，世界地质公园。山顶有湖，芦苇丛生如荡，每年秋风起，北雁南飞，常栖息于此，故名雁荡，是著名的旅游胜地。据《雁山志》载：浙东多茶品，而雁山者称最。雁荡山高、雾浓、湿度高、温差大，香灰土养份丰富，茶树生长特别旺盛，芽肥汁厚，品质优异。<BR></P></div><div
