To this end, a descriptive study was des igned and carried out with 190 EFL instructors working at preparatory schools of two foundation universities in Ankara. In the course of the study, relevant literature was reviewed, and two research instruments that would be used to collect the data were chosen accordingly. These instruments including a questionnaire for EFL instructors and unstructured interviews with 5 EFL instructors were used to collect data. The quantitative data collected through questionnaires were analysed through SPSS 22, and the qualitative data collected through the interviews with instructors were analysed through in depth content analysis technique for triangulation. In the first phase, the study intends to explore how Kurdish EFL teachers (N= 120) perceive the use of ICT in foreign language teaching and what pedagogical and circumstantial considerations regarding the use of ICT in FL teaching are important to them. The second phase of the study aims to investigate how and for what purposes the students (N= 320) use ICT in the process of language learning and how much they are satisfied with the use of ICT by their teachers in the process of classroom teaching. The aim of the third phase of the study was to gain in-depth experience about how policymakers (N= 15) influence the process of the integration of ICT in their institutions and how they evaluate the process of ICT integration and what they have done to minimize the obstacles the teachers and students might face when they try to utilize technology in teaching and learning practices. A complementarity concurrent mixed method design was employed to collect data. The purpose of adopting complementarity techniques was to collect sufficient data to answer two different but related research questions and to gain a deep understanding of the research topic and data accuracy through the combination of quantitative and qualitative data. Findings from both the survey questionnaires of the first and second phases of the study reveal that the teachers and students participating in the research perceive the integration of ICT for teaching and learning positively. Almost all the participants have basic knowledge of ICT tools, and they use these tools for different teaching and learning practices. Despite their high frequency of ICT use in their language teaching, the participants reported some critical vi issues such as the insufficiency of ICT equipment in the classroom, lack of training; insufficient pedagogical support and lack of specific knowledge on how to use ICT that might impede them from using ICT. The results of the semi-structured interviews in the third phase of the study indicate that all the interviewees have positive attitudes towards the use of ICT in teaching, learning and administration practices. The data obtained from the analysis of the transcripts show that the research participants pursue various ways in order to provide a wide range of ICT elements in the teacher education programs for teaching and learning. A descriptive survey method was used because it allows the researcher to pose a series of questions to willing participants, summarize their responses with percentages, frequency counts, or more rigorous statistics, and draw inferences about a particular population from the responses of the selected sample size. The main focus of this research is to ascertain Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Lab Usage/Habits at COMAHS. More specifically, this research aims at assessing the user habits of digital media, primarily computers, tablets, smart phones and internet in order to facilitate teaching and learning at this tertiary institution. The primary data collection instrument for the study is going to be a survey questionnaire: Students and Lecturers ICT Lab ‘Usage/Habit’ and Perceived Competencies inventory adapted from Bassey et al. (2007). The questionnaire was structured into nine sections. Section A elicited demographic details such a department, gender, age, and academic level of the respondents. Section B examined the level of ICT usage habits of respondents. Section C required the respondents to rate their perceived ICT access to computers. Section D required the respondents to rate ICT usage and ICT tools. Section E examined the level of sustainability and availability of ICT resources. Section F required the respondents to rate or assessed the significance of ICT. Section G required the respondents to rate the use of ICT at home and other places. Section H required the respondent to rate the use of ICT and activities NOT related and RELATED to University work. And Section I examined the ICT for learning as key platform for educational development. The reliability of the instrument was calculated using the Cronbach&#39;s alpha formula. The data collected was mainly presented by the use of quantitative statistical methods. The role of ICT in education is becoming more and more important and this importance will continue to grow and develop in the 21st century. ICT generally has a positive impact on teaching and learning situations. The adoption and use of ICTs in education have a positive impact on teaching, learning and performance of students. The purpose of this study is to analyze what is happening at schools regarding the integration and use of information and communication technologies (ICT) by teachers and to examine teacher&#39;s perceptions about what teaching and learning processes can be improved through the use of ICT. In this present study we want to bring out the variation among teachers in using ICT based on the variables like management, locality, medium of instruction, age, qualification, experience, and subject of teaching. Using a questionnaire we investigate the reliability of electronic educational sources, the kind of access to course learning materials, the ICT use in lectures, practical classes, individual work, consultations and control. The results of the survey showed that there is a mismatch between students’ need to have blended learning and lecturers’ ability to satisfy it. The lecturers and students assessed the overall ICT impact on the learning process. We found out that the lecturers believe that the educational process with ICT facilities becomes more complicated. For them it requires more digital skills, much time to create and maintain the blended courses. But students believe that ICT enhances learning, making it easy and more interesting.
