In today’s healthcare market, we’re in an enviably strong and unique position. </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><br/> We have an exciting opportunity for a marketer to join us in Epsom as a Head of Marketing B2B, to lead, develop and implement the strategic direction, marketing plan and direct selling opportunities for the business-to-business (B2B) service lines driving new business and supporting existing clients including 50% of the top FTSE 100 & 250 corporations, NHS and PMI providers. The successful candidate will be required to work with relevant teams to ensure an effective service delivery. This is an exciting time to join Nuffield Health as it goes through a major repositioning exercise towards a more integrated approach.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute various B2B campaigns, support business development/sales activities, and utilise all aspects of marketing including advertising, events, and strategic partnerships.</li> <li>Leading, developing and owning the strategic B2B marketing plan. </li> <li>Developing business to business marketing channels to support the sales team in the acquisition of new contracts, and provide support with on-going comms and POS material.</li> <li>Managing B2B events and programmes as required as well as representing marketing in B2B working groups </li> <li>Supporting PMI partnerships and leveraging relationships through joint campaigns</li> <li>Tracking, analysing and reporting on the results of all marketing activity against key metrics – conversion rates, leads, brand awareness. </li> <li>Confidently assist members of our sales and accounts team with tenders/bids and pitches when appropriate.</li> <li>Promote consultant and GP engagement within our 33 hospitals across the UK. </li> <li>Increase awareness and generate demand, leads, and revenue for the B2B segment through strategic marketing tactics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Person Specification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of B2C and B2B marketing channels, preferably within the healthcare/fitness market</li> <li>Educated to a degree level with Post Grad CIM or other marketing qualification desirable</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and a confident communicator at all levels, including supporting success at tenders/bids</li> <li>Experience in development and implementation of value-added services</li> <li>Strong insurer and corporate knowledge base</li> <li>Contract management experience including tenders and submissions</li> <li>A strategic thinker who is able to provide B2B thought leadership </li> <li>Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales </li> <li>Strong leadership skills in order to undertake a senior role in a large not-for-profit organisation, as well as the ability to help to transition and grow a team</li> <li>Strong financial management skills with the ability to build and accurately manage budgets</li> <li>Must have experience in delivering trade events such as round tables, speaker engagements etc. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Location...: </strong>Our Support Centre is located in the heart of the town - 5 minutes’ walk from Epsom train station, which is just 35 minutes from London Waterloo and 46 minutes from London Victoria.  Due to the nature of the role, there will be an element of travel involved in this role.</p> <p><strong>Benefits...: </strong>As part of the team, the successful candidate will have access to Nuffield Health’s excellent benefits package promoting our passion for health and wellbeing - which include an onsite gym, and private healthcare covering pre-existing conditions.</p> <p><strong>Interested?
