( برخورد محمود غزنوي ) .<br>شعوبيه زبان عربي را به عنوان زبان را بط برگزيده بودند در حالي که فردوسي شاهنامه را به فارسي سرود ، زيرا از ملتي دفاع مي کرد که بيهوده تحقير شده بود ، عرب ها به جاي اسلامي کردن ملل شکست خورده ، در پي عربي کردن آنان بودند . فردوسي به زبان فارسي اثري جاويدان پديد مي آورد و در حقيقت يک اصل زبان شناسي امروز را ثابت مي کند : همه زبان ها کامل هستند . بدين گونه ، پارسي دري به يکي از مهم ترين عوامل پايداري فرهنگي ايرانيان تبديل مي شود .<br>روزگار فردوسي دوره خرد ورزي ايرانيان است ، بنابر اين او کتابش را با ستايش خداوند و خرد آغاز مي کند . <br>چيزي که شاهنامه را نسبت به ساير حماسه هاي جهان برتر جلوه مي دهد ، بعد انساني آن است که بر ساير ابعاد آن غلبه دارد . ( گفتگوي مزدک با شاه درباره عدالت ) .<br>اخوان الصفا نيز گروهي ديگر از ايرانيان بودند که رسايل آنان بيانگر تفکرات اومانيستي آن هاست . هدف اصلي آنان ، وادار کردن مردم به خردگرايي و بينش علمي و ارائه دادن تعريفي جديد از انساني آزاد بود . آنان در رسايل خود به نوعي اهداف سياسي را نيز دنبال مي کردند . در بخش آراء و ديانات در رسايلشان ، مذاهب را به چهار بخش : روحاني ، فلسفي ، علمي و خرافي تقسيم کرده و در پي آن بوده اند که نوعي يگانگي ميان دين و فلسفه به وجود آورند . نگرش آنان به کليت دين بوده ، يعني همه اديان را يکي مي ديدند و به بيان خودشان ، ديني را بنياد مي نهند که متشکل از همه اديان و بالاتر از همه اديان باشد .<br>ابن مقفع يکي ديگر از ايرانياني ست که تفکرات اومانيستي داشت . کليله و دمنه گنجينه اي از فلسفه اجتماعي و اخلاقي است که با ارائه براهين عقلي به زبان داستان به اثبات رويکرد هاي خرد گرايانه مي پردازد . ابن مقفع براي ترجمه اين کتاب ، نثر عربي را به صورت ساده و روان برگزيد تا مطالب کتاب براي همگان قابل فهم باشد . اين حرکت او باعث بدبيني حکومت شد و او را به اتهام پيروي از مذهب ماني کشتند ، زيرا او از پيشتازان حرکتي بود که مي خواست با تکيه بر فلسفه و علوم ، ملتي جديد با سازمان هاي اجتماعي و سياسي جديد بنياد نهد . انتشار آراي او را بعد ها در آثار شيعيان انقلابي و اسماعيليان و هنرمنداني مانند متنبي ، ابوالعلاي معري ، اخوان الصفا و ...مي بينيم .<br>اين مقفع در جاي ديگري از آثارش ، يک مصلح اجتماعي است که معتقد است قدرت (حکومت ) همواره بيمار است و ناچار ، بايد پيوسته اصلاح شود
