This included connecting accounting, inventory, production, quality management, sales, marketing, and HR into one cohesive system. Each project Bakriya undertakes can involve up to 150-170 unique products tailored to specific client needs, and they handle around 20 such projects per year. This level of customization posed a major challenge for other ERP systems but was managed effectively by Odoo.</p> <p>“Odoo guided us step by step in managing these customized products,” Alaadine shares. While data entry was initially challenging, the end results were well worth it. With Odoo’s system, pricing for clients became more accurate, with automated margin calculations based on real-time average material costs. As long as the data was entered correctly, Bakriya could rely on precise results every time.</p> <h4>A Tailored, User-Friendly ERP Solution</h4> <p>From Alaadine’s perspective, Odoo is “a simple, well-rounded ERP solution.” It simplifies complex tasks with an intuitive interface and offers the flexibility needed to meet the specific demands of steel manufacturing.
