why dyd not I perishe assoone as I came out of <FI>my mothers<Fi> wombe?<p> <A name="13"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-12.htm"><b>12</b></a></span>Why set they me vpon their knees? why gaue they me sucke with their brestes?<p> <A name="14"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-13.htm"><b>13</b></a></span>Then should I nowe haue lyen stil, I shoulde haue slept, and ben at rest,<p> <A name="15"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-14.htm"><b>14</b></a></span>Lyke as the kinges and lordes of the earth, which haue buylded them selues speciall places,<p> <A name="16"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-15.htm"><b>15</b></a></span>Or as the princes that haue had golde, and their houses full of siluer:<p> <A name="17"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-16.htm"><b>16</b></a></span>Or <FI>why<Fi> was not I hyd, as a thing borne out of tune, <FI>either<Fi> as young children which neuer sawe the light?<p> <A name="18"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-17.htm"><b>17</b></a></span>There must the wicked ceasse from their tyrannie, and there such as laboured valiauntly be at rest:<p> <A name="19"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-18.htm"><b>18</b></a></span>There the prisoners rest together, they heare no more the voyce of the oppressour:<p> <A name="20"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-19.htm"><b>19</b></a></span>There are small and great, and the seruaunt <FI>is<Fi> free from his maister.<p> <A name="21"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/3-20.htm"><b>20</b></a></span>Wherefore is the light geuen to hym that is in miserie?
