développement rapide de l’industrialisation en Europe et dans le monde a ouvert la voie vers l’application générale des résultats matériels modernes du développement technique des deux siècles derniers, qui s’est pleinement reflétée dans la vie courante et le travail des gens des XIX<sup>e</sup> et XX<sup>e</sup> siècles et qui a influencé de manière fondamentale leur évolution nationale (minorités nationales) et l’expansion économique.</p> </div> </div> <div id="annonce"> <p class="intitule">Annonce</p> <div id="annonce-387343-fr" class="tabContent" lang="fr" xml:lang="fr"> <h1 style="text-align: justify;">Argumentaire</h1> <p style="text-align: justify;">Le développement rapide de l’industrialisation en Europe et dans le monde a ouvert la voie vers l’application générale des résultats matériels modernes du développement technique des deux siècles derniers, qui s’est pleinement reflétée dans la vie courante et le travail des gens des XIXe et XXe siècles et qui a influencé de manière fondamentale leur évolution nationale (minorités nationales) et l’expansion économique. Jusqu’à la fin du XIXe siècle, les différents pays du monde ont connu la création progressive de l’élite technique, préparée de manière excellente du point de vue théorique et pratique par les écoles techniques supérieures, et qui a permis que les phénomènes techniques soient mis en pratique et deviennent une seconde nature – la seconde nature de l’homme (Tondl, Ladislav. "Appréciation de la science et de la technique". In <em>Programme inter-universitaire des études du futur/3</em>. V&Scaron;E, Prague 1993, p. 167-170.). Lorsque les techniciens ont obtenu une bonne formation et une base industrielle, ils ont travaillé dans des associations techniques, ils disposaient de « réseaux » de soutien à leurs activités (d’une part institutionnels, scientifiques et associatifs, de gestion étatique, etc. et d’autre part des réseaux énergétiques, de transport, de communication, plus tard Internet, etc.) et ils ont pu influencer de manière significative les secteurs socio-scientifiques et la pratique industrielle.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Les processus mentionnés peuvent être suivis sur le long terme (par ex. pour les Pays tchèques et pour l’Europe durant les années de l’évolution industrielle /environ 1820 – 1945/), et ce par l’intermédiaire des études de cas montrant les relations variables entre les secteurs scientifiques et techniques et la pratique industrielle (et leurs entités – par ex. les écoles scientifiques ou les différentes sociétés pour des secteurs concrets), fondés sur l’interaction entre le développement des réseaux mutuels, la gestion (gestion pratique des groupes techniques) et ses systèmes et leur impact sur les entités de production – pratiques (industriels).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Une telle notion de l’histoire économique et sociale et de l’histoire de la technique était évoquée notamment pour l’environnement francophone par l’excellente école des Annales dans les années 70 et 80 du XXe siècle (le monde anglo-saxon a renoué avec le London School of Economics and Political Science). On enregistre un nombre insuffisant de travaux analytiques concernant l’expression du legs immatériel dans le domaine de l’évolution de la technique et de l’industrie et qui pourraient les apprécier. La base de la compréhension du legs immatériel est représentée par ces « réseaux » qui sont peu enregistrés et qui ont créé le « mycélium » des systèmes qui forment le présent. C’est le matériau qui construit la trame du tissu, élément textile dont l’un des principaux dérivés est le pagne en Afrique de l’Ouest. La pratique traditionnelle de la filature a inspiré René Gonfreville. Un agent de l’administration coloniale française, qui a mis en &oelig;uvre des structures techniques dans le but d’en faire une industrie. Il a construit la première usine textile dans le centre de la Côte d’Ivoire, succédée ou accompagnée par des usines similaires en Afrique de l’Ouest. Un réseau du textile s’est mis en place et a contribué à construire une mémoire typiquement africaine d’un savoir-faire fortement hybridé. C’est le lieu de s’interroger sur l’objet naturel en tant qu’artefact. Quelle sens et valeur du point de vue de l’histoire des techniques donne-t-on à l’objet naturel qui devient une expression matérielle d’un savoir-faire ?</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Les questions de legs, de transmission des savoirs, d’écoles et établissements d’enseignement technique y trouvent un terreau fertile d’expression.</p> <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Mardi 16 mai 2017, 15h00</h2> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li><strong>Maria Del Mar Diaz Gonzalez</strong> (Professeur, Université d’Oviedo) <em>La mémoire de l’industrie des Asturies en péril</em></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;">L’industrialisation charbonnière des Asturies, avec le concours des investissements économiques franco-belges, fin XIXe. À long terme, une grande partie de notre patrimoine industriel a disparu au fur et à mesure des démolitions insouciantes ou tout simplement abandonné à son sort.
