At its third session, on 5 March 2004, the Ad Hoc Committee adopted its report, containing the Draft United Nations Convention on jurisdictional immunities of States and their property <a href="http://legal.un.org/docs/?symbol=A/59/22(supp)">A/59/22</a>. In December 2004, the General Assembly adopted the United Nations Convention on Jurisdictional Immunities of States and their property (see <a href="http://legal.un.org/docs/?symbol=A/RES/59/38">resolution 59/38</a>). </p> <p>The General Assembly, in resolution <a href="http://legal.un.org/docs/?symbol=A/RES/59/38">59/38</a> of 2 December 2004, adopted the <span class="box"><em>United Nations Convention on Jurisdictional Immunities of States and their property</em>.</span> </p></div> <div id="footer_copyright"> Codification Division, Office of Legal Affairs, © United Nations 2024 </div> </div> <div id="credit"></div>  </body> </html>
