We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..<p><b>Refund Policy</b></p> <p>● Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the event date: 30USD processing fee is required<br> ● 89-60 days prior to the event date: 30% processing fee is required<br> ● 59-30 days prior to the event date: 50% processing fee is required<br> ● 29-0 days prior to the event date: No refund is accepted</p> <p> Note:  If you paid the registration fee by Bank transfer, there will some extra handling fee when the refund is processing.
