For instance, blind persons using technical devices (refreshable Braille display) and software (screen-to-speech software) can understand the informational content of web pages. It also makes web browsing easier for persons with reduced mobility.</p> <p>The three standards for web accessibility adopted by the Government are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Standard for website accessibility (SGQRI 008-01);</li> <li>Standard for the accessibility of downloadable documents (SGQRI 008-02);</li> <li>Standard for the accessibility of website multimedia content
